“Sorry that my favorite Deli style dispensary has changed to a wall of prepackaged zip locks. no more jars to SEE what you're getting, no more trimming stems for you, not even samples on your counter to smell/view or evaluate. Last time was in they said they im didn't have and dusted Nugs but advertised everywhere. I asked if my tender could ask a managed because it seemed weird, she came back with two prepackaged granms that were as dry as could be, I asked her three times before she put some effort into it, otherwise she would have sent me away with incorrect info, easy to see if the jar is empty, hard to see on a wall of bags what you have so elect more confusion and poor customer service because if this new system.
Worse than the way they are currently dispensing their medicine now is the lack of customer service from the budtender I met Thursday.
I asked to see two strains and he brings me one 1/8 plastic pouch and pinches it open for me to lean over the counter, down low to smell it, can't touch the bag or look closely, then he puts it under the counter as I have to ask again to see the other strain. He does the same shifty moves that make you feel like you're buying "his" weed vs being at a good dispensary. Never been more off put by this Grumpy gentleman who after a couple questions from me said "you don't have to be here" I said what? And he repeated "nobody is making you stay here". I gladly left, he didn't have that "old hippy vibe", more of a "old biker vibe" which is not a place or person I choose to spend money with or get medicine from.
My friend just got his license & works in the area, sadly he will only know this style of poor customer service and plastic pre bagged medicine.
The only reason I came was the quality of the medicine, when I asked if that has changed too, I was basically told to leave. The service I had recieved prior was great and I think the changes made were for the worse.
The waiting room is a circus to say the least,. Not a tear down, just my bad expeirence and a dispensary that has changed its best qualities. Not sure if they still have EGC strains much, when I asked , got a rude response so I'm not going to ask again.”
Hi 420christoker! We're very very sorry to hear about your experience in our store. Unfortunately, we did recently have a large change and shift in employees within our company including the employee you are referencing as he is no longer employed with us. There is no reason why a customer should be treated the way that you were and on behalf of our company, we sincerely apologize for it! We have new team members with great service and we would love to have you come back and try us again.
Futhermore, we package our products now due to unfortunate circumstances with former employees, as well as to make the wait times much less for each patient! To have them already packaged at the start of the day not only keeps them fresh, but gets you in and out faster!

Fortunately for everyone, we have had major changes and shifts within our company within the last month including letting go of old team members and bringing on a brand new staff with much better customer service. Thank you for your great review and rating! We do have very good strains, awesome quality, low prices, and constant deals and specials. Unfortunately, you do need to come in to the store and get the specials only in house, therefore there is a waiting time. However, if you don't use our specials you can use the online ordering system in order to come in quickly and easily to get your meds right at the front desk. It's already waiting for you! We're currently working on figuring out how to make the wait times even less including our pre-packaged products. Please come back and see us soon!
