“10-20Min wait times to get inside on average and another 10-20 to get your order. Menu isn't updated and they run out often. The workers don't have a clue about what they are selling & are instructed to push the lower quality strains & they will lie to you. It's like talking to a car salesman on his first day. I asked for them to have the supervisor call me & they said they would give them the message but it's been 2 weeks now & I never heard back. Shop around - there are better dispensaries in town with a decent professional staff and better deals. They don't even have a rewards program.”
We are sorry to hear about your poor experience. An out of date menu and a long wait is not only frustrating but inexcusable and we are very sorry for that. The front desk staff was very helpful and made me feel welcome. My budtender was OUTSTANDING! “The staff are some of the least knowledgeable in the business and they will just try to sell you anything and everything. They have the same 2-3 recycled scripts that they recite no matter what strain you ask about. They will tell you they don't have a certain strain available when they actually do, but they are just too lazy to check. There are 2-3 decent strains there at a time and the rest are just fillers. Go to a dispensary where the employees actually have half a brain and you'll save yourself some money and get better suited strains. These are the high school dropouts of weed employees.”
