“My husband and I been coming to this dispensary since they open as medical patients. Today I came in to get my medication and had to wait 20 minutes as a medical patient to get checked in. While there was a bunch of recreational that where coming and going well I was stuck waiting up front to get checked in. Last time I checked it was because of medical patients places like this was able to be established. I am sorry to say that will not return to this dispensary as a medical patient anymore, especially since I was told they are going for recreational on the first of the year. Good Luck!”
Your experience is very disheartening to us. We can assure you that what happened was a fluke situation that has never happened before. Our internet had crashed, and even after it was back online, we needed to get your updated OMMP card information in the system. That may have taken longer than it should've, but with newer staff members there is always a learning curve. We are working hard to instill our work ethic, customer service skills and standards in new employees, but at times it can be challenging to control everything. We understand that EOG is a busier place with many new faces than it was prior to October 1st, and we hope you understand that the core people, who know you and your husband by name and look forward to seeing the two of you, are still here. One of them is writing to you now. Whoever told you that we're going exclusively recreational was misinformed. We have no plan to abandon medical patients, ever. We urge you to call in and ask for Jonathan, Scott or Krish, and we'll be able to talk personally about how we're willing to make it up to you guys. Again, we're very sorry.
