First of all I love Fire and Flowers Smart Perks program. Part of this program is the Spark Fastlane where you can order online and pick up in-store at any Fire & Flower location. I love this offering. I can log into Fire and Flower, look at what is in stock, check out the sales, do some research on the products and then make my decision. I add the product to my cart and checkout. About an hour later I receive an email telling me my product is ready for pick up. Fire and Flower also seems to have more sales then their competitors however more research is needed here. Now onto the store, well what can I say I didn't spend much time in the store. It looked and smelled nice but honestly I headed directly to the Fastlane checkout. I had a pleasant chat with a Fire and Flower staff member, paid for my product and left, all this took maybe 7 minutes. Quick and convenient for sure. Access to the store is good and for me parking was excellent.However I was there first thing in the morning . Nicely done Fire and Flower, what an excellent customer experience. I'll be back.
