Flavors is really the only place I go to. I’ve never had an issue with anything before until yesterday. I ordered indica gummies via online ordering and I picked up and drove 30 min to my friends where I was staying for the evening. They gave me sativa and there’s no way I could use those at all. So I called and drove all the way over there to get the order fixed and they gave me a janky preroll for my trouble. You cost me at least 8 dollars in gas going back n forth plus my time?! A janky ass preroll? Really people? It’s not my fault your company messed up. I checked my order even before calling! 6 dollar preroll🙄 please, don’t break the bank.
We apologize for the mistake. We encourage patients to check their order before leaving, just like when you order food. Fixing the issue is easy when you are there. If you did not want the pre-roll, you can give it back or say no if you are not interested. We just want you to be satisfied.
