I'm sorry you feel our staff is without knowledge of the product, we have a few new people who are learning everyday about the products and strains. We would thank you for your patience and understanding while they are learning their jobs. Perhaps if you returned another time and had a more veteran but tender you might feel differently. I also feel our pricing is competitive. Though we strive for the best quality products and service I can't imagine we ll be able to make everyone happy!

This is the old KUSH crew, reopened under a new name with a few new faces.
And KUSH was one of the worst rated dispensaries in Oregon because of their awful customer service.
Me and a woman in her 60s were asking questions about CBDs and all three of the owners treated us like children. There was nobody else in the store and after 2 minutes, they were rolling their eyes at her questions and giving her flip answers designed to make her (and me) feel stupid.
This is the place to go to be treated with disrespect.
They don't like people - only money. BEWARE”
I am one of the owners and I have not spoken to anyone in a condescending manor and nor would my business partner do this either. My staff knows to be respectful to everyone who comes in and if I witnessed anything other than respectful mood from my employees they would be spoken to about such behavior and would be required to amend their attitude. As far as Kush having been the worst rated dispensary in Eugene because of bad customer service, I'd be interested to know how you've come to this conclusion as the reviews Kush received spoke highly of its fantastic customer service. Sounds like you have a personal problem with one of the owners if this is the case, maybe you should take it up with them personally instead of hiding behind a computer. On the other hand if this is truly what you experienced upon coming into the Flowr of Lyfe, then my most humble apologies. We will certainly try harder. I must say, though if you have a proboem with something at our store if you bring it to our attention we will do what we can to resolve the issue.
“Another one of those places where the employees are obviously high and it reeks of (smoked) pot inside. Budtenders don't know where their bud was grown. I got a gram of Nine Pound Hammer for $10 (it was on sale as their bud of the week and the only one in the shop under $15). The high was okay, lasted about 4 hours. This place's only redeeming quality is its downtown location. I don't expect to be coming back, not with several objectively-better places around the city.”
“Don't be fooled by the location. it's too bad that the location is being occupied by young men without knowledge of their job?!? just paying kids to hold up the counter? no knowledge of strains and effects. when I ask what is the difference between bubbas gift and bubba kush , I get "Uhhhh good question man?" The product they have is indeed nice, wont argue with that , but the price points are to high to accompany the lack of knowledge and service this shop provides. I might return for a prerolled joint but that's a maybe, for being downtown I wish I could be more happy to spend my hard earned cash there..... I would say go elsewhere , not like we don't have options. wish I could say more positive things....
