“I like the convenient location. I have gotten good service and all of the employees have been friendly, I have gone here many times and have never been disappointed about product or selection. Sometimes it can take a while though. Lately I have had to wait 5 to 10 minutes before the employee could get to me because it was the only person on the floor.”

“first visit as OMMP patients...was a busy day yes 4/20... we where created by a super friendly woman at the desk got checked in!! first thing I noticed was a guy come in AFTER us & she just waved him through letting him in!! didn't check him in or id him! (thought he was an employee) after we get to the back room I realize nope he is a customer!! cool no biggie...we waited our turn quite patiently, when it was finally our turn the woman said to the other employee these women need helped!!! then she proceeded to spend the next several minutes talking with a co-worker 100%ignoring us... my wife as the 2women a simple question ‘is this the platinum girl scout' && neither could be bothered to stop chatting to even answer yes!! then the employees proceeded to complain about how busy her day was & blah blah so we walked out & they were like ohhh wait...I said no thank you we sat there patiently and you ignored us!!!!! rude rude rude budtender...it takes literally 2seconds to make eye contact and say we'll be right with u in a second!!!! As a customer I don't care to hear your complaint about your job to coworker!! rude first visit even drove the 30min 1 way to check them out what a waste of my time/energy & gas just to be ignored by two employees who are there to help customers!!!”
I'm sorry you had such a negative experience. The person who was allowed in had just had his ID checked and ran to his car to grab more cash. And yes it was a very busy day that happens once a year...I would hope that people would be more understanding. I never see people complain having to wait in line at the grocery store during peak hours, at the pizza place when it's late, at the movie theater during a popular new release or, yes, even at the doctor's office. Our employees are known for being exceptionally polite, and perhaps the craziness of the day wore on them like it could to any human being. We had the fire marshal get called because of so many people wanting things at one point...I guess we didn't realize we would be so popular it would be like Black Friday at Wall-Mart. I noticed you gave the quality of our product a 1 but your problem was with the service. I'd be happy to give you 10% off if you ever come in again...we have the nicest product in town from more than a few growers.

Hi I wanted to address you concern about the weight of the product you purchased. I am not going to say you are wrong about the weight I will say however we paid a lot of money for our certified scales and I have a hard time believing they aren't weighing the product correctly. I will say this if you brought the product home and weighed it to be sure it was correct and you found it wasn't, a simple phone call to us and we would have resolved this issue for you. You still may call us and we can come up with a solution for you. We weigh everything in front of the customer and I do believe you have a chance to see what it is you are getting. I will however double check our scales for accuracy because we definitely don't want to short people. If you liked to have this discrepancy handled please come back in and talk to management and we will make it right.
