Beware if you have to return any defective product back to the dispensary as they will not perform the exchange correctly and will teach you out a product. They still owe me a 1 g disposable cartridge and I have tried on three separate occasions to speak with the manager and with the owner to no avail. They absolutely refuse to do anything about it. They are crooks do not shop there. By the way, just over the course of two years I’ve spent approximately $5000 there. Sorry Highlands.

I love this boutique dispensary! The only weed store in Livermore is nestled in wine country! It’s on the beautiful Darcie Kent vineyards. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable about weed products I have questions about including weed products to help me sleep or feel a little extra creative while I work on a project. If you’re looking to get your weed products and onto other errands you can prepay and place an order in advance. They offer delivery too. I look forward to seeing all the cats and staff every time I go! Thank you highlands team for being such a great addition to the Livermore community!

Buyers beware- this business will ban you for writing negative reviews regarding their employees. At no point was I disruptive, disrespectful, or anything else they may try to claim. I respectfully and politely stated that I would wait for the next budtender to assist me, as the original budtender has caused me issues in the past, and wrote a review regarding the interaction after I left the store. If the employees dislike you for any reason, they can simply treat you poorly and get you banned when you leave a review.
