The dispatcher never got back to me on the first day, so I had to contact them again to get verified. Once I was finally verified, the dispatcher on the second day was super helpful when I was placing my order. Unfortunately, they were out of like 3 different strains I wanted, so I had to settle (for littles).

Greetings ! Our apologies that you were not satisfied with your experience with us. We do our best to make sure our menu is as accurate as possible, but with 75+ strains sometimes it gets a little challenging and things slip through the cracks. I have taken corrective measures already to ensure our menu is and stays updated on a daily basis.

Did you call late at night close to closing? Since we are a small mom and pop delivery service ( 1 driver, 1 dispatcher ) we can sometimes get slammed during peak hours ( for us that's 6-9 ) and aren't able to process new patients in time for delivery that evening, especially of someone calls after 8 ( we close at 9 on weekends ), and double especially if that new patient is from out of town. Because we get so busy, we encourage all new patienbts to get their orders in by 7 pm, and returning patients to get theirs in by 7:30.
