“Good variety and decent prices. No complaints about product quality or pricing. Employees are a little pushy and less knowledgable compared to other shops i've been to. When I went today, they used a metal detactor and also patted me down. It was unplrasant enough to make me not want to go back. I'll drive a little further in the future to be treated like a customer and not a threat. ”
I'm so sorry to hear this happened to you @grumpster! Are you sure this was our store you visited? We have never had any security practices like this in our history as a business! Please reach back out as soon as possible to discuss. Thank you!
“I remember my 1st time coming into Grass Seattle. The bud tenders were (& still are) knowledgeable, Professional yet down to earth, VERY Customer Service driven. Non-pressure sales bud tenders.
Their recommendations are "On Point". I remember I walked in & I was greeted by Victoria or "Rainbow Haired Girl", you'll know what I'm talking about when you see her in person.
She recommended me a really good pre-roll for my 1st time smoking since 2 years ago, It's was the Cascade Crops "Skookum Skunk", a 90% Sativa Dominant yielding 22% THC, She gave me the Native American translation of the word & she sold me on it! (Ask her to tell you the translation). The best part was that she was right! The translation was spot on!”
“I'm a disabled combat veteran, and I have no idea what I'm doing. The staff here was excellent! They explained everything to me, and included a clinic on best ways to smoke and pain management. What a change from the V.A. -- the folks at Grass really made an effort to help me, and I was just some customer. Thank you all. ”
“The people working are very knowledgeable and the store itself looks great. I went in to buy a Juju Joint vaporizer for $70 and I was told it last for 150 puffs (1 puff is 2-3 second inhale). However mine died after maybe 50 puffs, and it barely gets you a buzz. I'm sure the flowers are good quality but I will never buy a gimmicky product from here again.”
I'm so sorry about your experience @ejnunn It sounds like you had a defective product! If you come back in with it, and mention this review, we will get that refunded and exchanged for a brand new vaporizer pen that you can depend on.
“Seems like nice enough folks but the prices are unacceptable. Of course
There's the tax issues but the grower pays 25%, the distributer pays 25% and the retailer pays 25%. But by the time the retail customer pays $33/g,
that equals about $15,000/lb versus the $2000/lb played by the retailer. Unfortunately, I can get the same great product for $15-$20 a gram at other shops. This might not be the best time to try to the "Starbucks" of recreational weed. Also, since when is it appropriate to remove all critical reviews?”
We agree @Deedrah the prices were too high with the OLD TAX RATES! Aren't you happy they are more reasonable and that grams actually start at $8each now and cap at $15each, out the door? We're excited to see you next time you're in!
“This was my second visit to Grass, and everything about the store is top notch, from the quality and selection of its merchandise, to the expertise of the staff. Lily, who has assisted me both occasions, was really knowledgeable and helpful, as well as extremely personable. Give Grass a try. You won't be sorry.”
“Manny, behind the bar, is amazing. I'm new to having quite so many options and he is the MAN. Seriously I would have been lost without a little help, would have spent forever looking around. It's worth the crazy recreational donation prices around here, and the drive to the middle of nowhere from downtown. I made sure to stock up for a while while I was here. I'll be back for sure.”
“While this is the only shop I have been to the product, service and atmosphere has been outstanding! I love the variety of products, the "elite green" member sales, the helpful staff and the convenient location. Looking forward to going back!”
