“This WAS the best pot shop in the city. Only because it HAD awesome hours. Open til midnight all week!? That alone gets you into the conversation of best available. However, a recent stop at 10:15 PM to locked doors and no lights has really put a damper on that. Now it's just another average store. There's a closer shop to my house and I used to come here at whatever time for the principle. I will no longer be going here or telling my friends about the amazing shop that is open til 12AM. It's a decent shop but it no longer has anything special about it. Don't go out of your way.”
Hey @Sharingan_Jean, you must've stopped in on a Sunday night! We are open 8am - 1145pm Mon through Saturday (Max hours the LCB will allow), and 10am - 10pm on Sundays. We are really sorry about the confusion. Stop in next time and mention this review for a discount on your next purchase!
“Bought a single pre-rolled joint of Forest Fog in a tube for $12. Brought it home and removed the joint from the tube - it had absolutely no smell to it whatsoever. Lit like a cigarette and smelled like a cigarette burned like a cigarette and gave the same buzz as a cigarette. When I called the store to comment they said that "oh, that strain has been in storage for about six months so it's lost it's scent and potency." What? "What would you like us to do about it," said the girl on the phone - "oh, and before you answer that - no refunds." I commented that it was good I didn't purchase anything more than a single joint. Ha ha. Never buy cannabis there again.”
We're so sorry to hear this happened @icansolvetheproblem. We never store inventory longer than 30 days at most so we're not sure how you ended up with a product so old, did it have the date on the label? Either way we want to invite you back for a FRESH joint, or two, at cost, to make up for your trouble. Just mention this reply next time you're in!

“The security guy was really nice and polite. There were two shop keepers. The girl who did NOT help me actually seemed very nice and knowledgeable. The guy who "helped" me was fairly rude and could not answer ANY of my questions. I saw him "help" two other peopel with the same results. He wouldn't/couldn't answer any questions, he just kept saying "Uh..........you could like..............look it up on leafly." He had next to no product knowledge. He basically just wandered around the store reading the backs of labels to me. In the end I asked for LA Confidential and he sold me OG Presidential Kush instead.
So in short, the shopkeeper was rude and sold me the wrong strain.
I will definitely try other places before I come back here.”
