Got some great flowers there going back again tomorrow. highly recommend this establishment

This was the only place in NC I could find a pain salve that contained THC for my partner's 93 year old mother, and it worked so well I actually plan to come back. The vapes are also good for what they are. I plan to try one of their tinctures when I go back. Yes, the prices in this location are high, I expect them to get lower once NC fully legalizes and more competition moves into the space. I just so happen to be terpene sensitive, and their vapes happen to hit the right internal buttons for me. Pineapple POP is one I have yet to find in the database, but to me it acts like an indica.

Stopped by 3 times now. Love this place. Edibles are a great quality, and flower is potent. The joints were rolled a little tight bc of the stickiness, but the flower is a good quality. Tried the Blackberry Kush vape, and it is fantastic. The hits are gentle but give strong effects. Will be back as soon as possible

Four times I've not received the rewards points for my purchases and I've been given multiple reasons why from I don't know to sometimes it doesn't work with online orders only to have some other employee contradict it later. Twice I was told I couldn't use my points cause their system was down even though I could access it online to check my points balance. And when I asked a couple questions about it I was told something that I later learned wasn't even true and had the manager be rude and snippy with me over two questions. I was being overly kind too the whole time. And now worse than all they have now just flat out deleted all my points which was a little over 80$ worth. When I called to ask why my points are gone I was told by the girl that they are being told to just tell everyone who asks about points to go to the FAQ... That is unacceptable in my opinion that's the same as them stealing from their customers, shameful.

WEIRD at best! Seems like a HUGE scam. I never imagined standing in line to buy weed 😂 The quality was poor to fair at best and at $55 an eight totally inexcusable! Anybody would have a brain could buy better quality stuff at half the price! To be honest, you can buy THCA at a gas station that’s just as good. Most of the products they sell are THC and not full spectrum. I would not recommend this to anyone unless you want to observe a once in a lifetime crazy experience.

First time going there,its a 4 hr ride 1 way and a bit pricey. All the employees are really great and are more than willing to help you with what you want to know. Liz was my bud tender and she could not have be nicer with me,changing my mind,asking about another strain,taking things off my order because I changed my mind and adding to my order. Liz,thank you for being so kind and accommodating with me and my shopping trip to the great smoky Mountains. I did buy 3 different strains and have only tried the mimosa thus far,seeing i left there at 12:45 this afternoon and the mimosa has done the trick for me. BIG SHOUT OUT TO THE CHEROKEE PEOPLE,you made this all happen and it could not be easier and see you again soon. David

If you are a regular cannabis user then I recommend to not waste your money. The quality is so low and I got a little bit of everything they had like gummies, vapes, and tinctures. It’s also ridiculously priced. The service and the environment were awesome but the quality was just not there. Honestly, it was disappointing.

No manager on call ever to talk to. No one to fix your account or points. Product has been over a year old before. Dry pre rolls. Flower is crusty from the age. Is so overpriced it's ridiculous. And they will not fix your points or your account for anything. I been trying 3 weeks now. Space rockets is a joke 110$ an 8th. Sugar wax is 55 and 65 and gram. Flower 8ths 55 to 65 an 8th. Just ridiculous

Love the atmosphere, everyone was cool, and if you read some of the other reviews. YES, that Mary Jane does hit your nose as soon as you walk in. Forgot my budtenders name but he had me set up nice. On vacation so only had a chance to try my edibles which that brownie hits like a train if you eat too big a piece. Advice for beginners, cut into quarters then eights then you can measure how much you can take. I did grab some flower. Some Gary Payton, some Grape Ape, and Purple Pineapple Express. Can’t wait to try those and leave a second review.

Have been to dispensaries in numerous states, and this one is my favorite based on atmosphere. The quality is decent, although my biggest gripe is that the best bud seems to only be available in pre rolls. Can't believe people are complaining that their prices are slightly higher than headshops selling D8.

the atmosphere and people are outstanding. the flower it pretty but it's not the greatest. I focus more on vapes and concentrate and I am happy with what I get every time. but my issues start with selection, the concentrate selection is always very limited and it could be a little cheaper. the vapes are good, but again the price could be a little better and the selection is also limited. I understand the selection isn't going to be as expansive as other dispensarys but I know if concentrate prices came down 5 dollars that would help and I know I would buy more if I had more to choose from. if they can make a few adjustments this place would be perfect.

Went in May 2025 with a MMC- I was expecting to find products with 100% THC, but the highest potency they offer in flower was less than 50% THC. WTH!! I don't mind paying higher prices as long as the quality matches the cost. Until then, I’ll stick with THCA. You can find better products at most Delta 8 shops that sell THCA and THCP. These options tend to be of higher quality and are often less expensive at $10 a gram.

Loved Great Smoky Cannabis Company. The edibles are my favorite some of the best i have ever had. The infused prerolls with diamonds are fire burn great 45% plus THC. Beautiful store and great customer service love the ever expanding menu too. We will be back next week. Also looking forward to lounge opening budtender told me about 4/20 discounts and event will be great too carry on Thanks

Toothless woman at drive thru ripped me off $20. They supposedly reviewed it on camera. I distinctively remember putting an extra $20 to pay for the bag. I know how much money I just withdrew from my account. The problem was not fixed. I was rudely accused of not counting right. Watch out! I will never ever ever go back! I love my Cherokee tribe!!!!! What an atrocity. Thumbs down forevor.

Well I have alot to say . I'm glad for the Cherokee tribe. They are doing a good thing for people who need the medicine. Very nice laid back place but professional like, the best Pharmacy you could go in . We purchased 2 types sativa and hybrid. 1st , Both Products looked great 5 stars on looks mature dense flower greenish purple 5Sars . 2nd is smell both flower types smelled the same kind of a weird hay smell I'm sure that's from not a proper cure after harvest the smell of both is stale hay smell but you can still smell the flower it does come through so i give 2 stars. 3rd--- Taste . Both flower taste the same not Terrible but not great either the smell carrys over to the taste a stale hay with green fresh flavor but you can taste the flavor of the medicine some . So I give 1 Star for taste. 4th---smoke test. Rolled in RAW paper 1.5 1 gram . Product did NOT burn well had to relight after each toke . Harsh -- Ash on joint was black and lumpy like charcoal. I give 1 star for smoke test. 5th----Effects of flower. Not what you should expect from medical flower. So I'm giving. 2stars on effect for pain. Could not find any information on if it's organically grow or chemical heavy metal Nutrition is used for growing. But if I had to say it's not organic. I just hope it's something they feel passionate about as a medicine for people , and not just another money gimmick get rich deal. They have it going on there for sure. In my opinion if they research drying are curing and how to properly flush before HARVEST they will be a 5star operation for sure. Anyone can grow flower that's easy Dry and Cure is a art form that takes alot of understanding it's hard to get that part 100% Slow and Steady . Organic grown is always best. I would recommend everyone go visit,, and support there efforts in legalization of this wonderful plant that was place here for our use by the only law that matter GOD. 45yrs experience.

I very much disliked the staff, i swear nobody was nice or assisted you with any help besides the bud tenders ( obviously ) and the people in the front checking you in. They only have like 2 brands of products for anything which was unfortunate but i can reason with it due to it private owned company providing their own products although it’d be cool if they had other company products as I’ve seen in other dispensaries. I also very much disliked the overpriced cannabis they have, $50-$60 for an 8th of some mid that they harvest about a year ago…I’ve gotten a much better high of off mid i bought in the streets or even delta 8 I’ve bought a smoke shop lol. Another of the ranting tho, one thing i absolutely love about them is their disposable pens and cartridges they have for sale ! I haven’t yet experienced it myself but I love how they have a drive thru option for the dispensary, thats very cool ! I highly recommend staying away from the edibles & flower as it’s not the strongest at all or old, you’ll definitely get every bang out of your buck with the disposable pens and cartridges though !

Bury overpriced the quality kind of sucks I don't even get cottonmouth from the flower I've been going there since it opened and I'm still going to go there cuz it's better than nothing but it's definitely way overpriced and it's super dry there's nothing moist and yummy you might as well just go buy some THC as somewhere for half the price if not lower of course I'm going to recommend this to a friend like I said it's the only game in town or in the state for that matter it's beautiful inside the people are nice but just the product man is not all bad it's subpar

Awesome place, I bought several products, only issue is,last night I opened a vape only to find out there is no oil at all in it.I know the return policy is 30 days but I like 100 miles away, but I will be back within the 30 days

Save your money you’d be better off shopping for THCa flower in AVL this place is a tourist trap rip off worst flower and concentrates I’ve ever had quality is super below par and they price gouge just because they can lots of other shops with a lot lower prices and a lot better quality wish I could give 0 stars

After two months’ worth of customer experience, I’m begging you to not waste your money here. Everything, everything, is overpriced and underpar. The bud is well over two years old and has disappointed me every time. The badder is mislabeled and consistently underweight, and I have it on secondhand authority that they don’t even have scales on site. The best they can offer to actually get you high are their vapes, and even those are ridiculously overpriced and adequate at best. $65 for a half gram disposable that’s not even 80% THC? At this point, I’m starting to suspect they’re just straight up lying about their product. Save your money, your lungs, and your time, and go to many of the fine legal cannabis retailers in Asheville, or anywhere else.
