  • “If you're looking for flower or edibles I would say go here. Hash of any kind or oils... Probably not. Also, nothing they sell comes in child proof containers or packaging. I don't think this place is up to regulation... As a patient of theirs that makes me kind of worried. I don't really like to smoke flower so I got some bubble hash. It's just ok. I wish I would NOT have made them my caregiver though on my license. Everyone was super nice, helpful and knowledgeable. I think they need more variety of other types of cannabis, they've got flowers covered! Big, dank buds to the cheaper 'pretendees' and donations priced fairly. I will shop here until my card comes and can go wherever at any time. When I can I will remove them as my caregiver. :/”

  • “Green Cross is the only place I shop if I can help it. There are two basic things that keep me coming back: 1) The staff and owner. They are all super friendly and cool, and helped me greatly when I was a brand new smoker walking into their old location. As you can even see from responses here, they are ready to provide sympathy and correction when a customer has a legitimate complaint (but will also rightly call someone out who's being unreasonable, which gets a lot of respect from me). 2) I've probably only been to 4 other dispensaries over the years. This is because I'm always sorely disappointed in other stores when I walk in and see how little selection they have. I guess that I was a bit spoiled by Green Cross being my first dispensary experience. They have so many different strains it's almost overwhelming (in a good way). Since I haven't shopped around much, I probably can't accurately speak to the donation price or quality of their product because I simply don't have anything to compare it to. But at least from the perspective of someone who's been a customer here since I started smoking, it's always seemed affordable and good quality, and more knowledgeable friends of mine have agreed.”

  • “I have been using medical card for a few years now and found Green Cross through the westwood when my doctor suggested I should looking into herb for my pain and my seizures because it might be an option to solve or take away alot of what the normal drugs where not doing. When I first become apart of Green Cross they where in there old location in Cherry Creek hince the name, but I am still coming to them even though they are a 30 mile trip from my house. The owner, and Emily are really great and strive to bring quality product into there shop. They will get rid of something if it's not up to standard for what patients need. If it doesn't work and doesn't do what its suppose to I have seen they get rid of the products. But at the same time they are always trying to bring new foods and options in to the clinic. They have been beyond helpful finding me sugar free products and I have been on a hunt for a year now. They are always striving to make sure there customers are happy and if they don't have something ask them about it and they will see what they can do to get it for the shop. I am just overall with all the staff especially those two mentioned and how very helpful they are. They are always willing to help me and strive to keep my business each time I come in but in a compassionate and caring kind of way, not a creepy we much keep your business type of way.”

  • “OK ~ my first review and definitely overdue. I've been a card carrier for 3+ years, and all with this dispensary. I've been part of their growth, as well as my own journey of wading through all the "stuff" about the medical, marijuana world. To date it's all been good thanks to Annatoli, the owner, and his staff! Throughout my "learning curve" they have always been terrific to work with, even when things were really busy! I just sat and read the Culture magazines they always have in the lobby ~ great learning tools for this business as well. Early on I visited quite a few other dispensaries just so I could have something to make a real, solid comparison with. And each time I left a dispensary I knew walking out their door that overall Green Cross was the better dispensary, and in the end completely where I belonged. So, if you want exceptional product; great service which means EVEN if they don't have the right answer they'll "get it," and a sense of them having your best interest at heart every, single, time ~ then I'm confident you'll want to make them your permanent dispensary! Nothing really great happens overnight, especially something like the legalization of MMJ "world." So, for me taking the approach of growing with one dispensary just felt and continues to feel right ~ perhaps it will for you too. No one gets into business to fail intentionally, especially this unique business which relies heavily on your personal experience. And definitely not by NOT servicing its patrons in the very, best way they can. It's hard work running a business, and Annatoli and his staff make that seem so easy everytime I've been there. Their enthusiasm is clearly evident, and their willingness to help you feel great about your experience has always clear to me. Never have I walked out of there feeling any other way. From "what to do" if you want to get a medical card; providing all the paperwork and a doctor, etc, etc. So, perhaps you should consider the next time, or if it's your first time to arrive "prepared." Write your questions down ~ they learn too, and are more confident when servicing you then and in the future because a prepared person is a serious person. This is all the stuff necessary for building a solid, relationship with a dispensary. And for me I want to be with a dispensary that grows with the times; knows the laws or where to get the right information; shares their knowledge willingly and enthusiastically; high pride in their product; and most obvious for me ~ clearly demonstrates ALL of that every time I've been there! I don't know about you but that pretty much sums it all up for a great partnership. Thanks everyone at Green Cross for being the best :-) I'm here for the long haul you can count on it!”

  • “I made an appointment here to get my red card on Monday. Tuesday night I received two calls but no voicemail so I ignored it. Wednesday I receive a call and a voicemail so I call back and realize it was them. They say "oh - we were just calling people that are on the caller ID - do you have any questions" I said "no - I have an appointment for tomorrow - but is there any paperwork I can fill out ahead of time?" She says "No we will do it for you" I laughed and said "see you tomorrow". I get there today and they tell me that they told all of their patients yesterday and Tuesday that the doctor is out until next Monday. I left furious. I had to switch my lunch break for this appointment, which is NOT easy to do at my job. I called back and gave her a few words about being an idiot that does not know what they are doing. She calls not once, not twice, but three times and leaves a voicemail basically calling em a liar - that she spoke with everyone that works there and EVERY customer got a call - YEAH - ONE SAYING WE ARE RETURNING CALLS THAT WE MISSED ON CALLER ID - not that my freaking appointment was cancelled. I will bring my business elsewhere. These people are too dang incompetent to realize - hey we should tell her when we talk to her that her appointment is cancelled. Go elsewhere. I got my red card since I left earlier today. Good day weasels.”

  • “I found this place on Leafly. It was the closest to my location so I decided to take an extended lunch break to check it out. Once I arrived, I realized it was a medical-only dispensary. I didn't have a red card, so I couldn't shop. Not to worry... the staff was very helpful in helping me with everything necessary for a medical card and a few days later I was in there shopping. Excellent selections, knowledgeable & friendly staff, great location. I'll be back. ”
