  • “OK ~ my first review and definitely overdue. I've been a card carrier for 3+ years, and all with this dispensary. I've been part of their growth, as well as my own journey of wading through all the "stuff" about the medical, marijuana world. To date it's all been good thanks to Annatoli, the owner, and his staff! Throughout my "learning curve" they have always been terrific to work with, even when things were really busy! I just sat and read the Culture magazines they always have in the lobby ~ great learning tools for this business as well. Early on I visited quite a few other dispensaries just so I could have something to make a real, solid comparison with. And each time I left a dispensary I knew walking out their door that overall Green Cross was the better dispensary, and in the end completely where I belonged. So, if you want exceptional product; great service which means EVEN if they don't have the right answer they'll "get it," and a sense of them having your best interest at heart every, single, time ~ then I'm confident you'll want to make them your permanent dispensary! Nothing really great happens overnight, especially something like the legalization of MMJ "world." So, for me taking the approach of growing with one dispensary just felt and continues to feel right ~ perhaps it will for you too. No one gets into business to fail intentionally, especially this unique business which relies heavily on your personal experience. And definitely not by NOT servicing its patrons in the very, best way they can. It's hard work running a business, and Annatoli and his staff make that seem so easy everytime I've been there. Their enthusiasm is clearly evident, and their willingness to help you feel great about your experience has always clear to me. Never have I walked out of there feeling any other way. From "what to do" if you want to get a medical card; providing all the paperwork and a doctor, etc, etc. So, perhaps you should consider the next time, or if it's your first time to arrive "prepared." Write your questions down ~ they learn too, and are more confident when servicing you then and in the future because a prepared person is a serious person. This is all the stuff necessary for building a solid, relationship with a dispensary. And for me I want to be with a dispensary that grows with the times; knows the laws or where to get the right information; shares their knowledge willingly and enthusiastically; high pride in their product; and most obvious for me ~ clearly demonstrates ALL of that every time I've been there! I don't know about you but that pretty much sums it all up for a great partnership. Thanks everyone at Green Cross for being the best :-) I'm here for the long haul you can count on it!”

  • “I made an appointment here to get my red card on Monday. Tuesday night I received two calls but no voicemail so I ignored it. Wednesday I receive a call and a voicemail so I call back and realize it was them. They say "oh - we were just calling people that are on the caller ID - do you have any questions" I said "no - I have an appointment for tomorrow - but is there any paperwork I can fill out ahead of time?" She says "No we will do it for you" I laughed and said "see you tomorrow". I get there today and they tell me that they told all of their patients yesterday and Tuesday that the doctor is out until next Monday. I left furious. I had to switch my lunch break for this appointment, which is NOT easy to do at my job. I called back and gave her a few words about being an idiot that does not know what they are doing. She calls not once, not twice, but three times and leaves a voicemail basically calling em a liar - that she spoke with everyone that works there and EVERY customer got a call - YEAH - ONE SAYING WE ARE RETURNING CALLS THAT WE MISSED ON CALLER ID - not that my freaking appointment was cancelled. I will bring my business elsewhere. These people are too dang incompetent to realize - hey we should tell her when we talk to her that her appointment is cancelled. Go elsewhere. I got my red card since I left earlier today. Good day weasels.”

  • “I found this place on Leafly. It was the closest to my location so I decided to take an extended lunch break to check it out. Once I arrived, I realized it was a medical-only dispensary. I didn't have a red card, so I couldn't shop. Not to worry... the staff was very helpful in helping me with everything necessary for a medical card and a few days later I was in there shopping. Excellent selections, knowledgeable & friendly staff, great location. I'll be back. ”

  • “I went through Green Cross of Cherry Creek to get my red and have since been a loyal customer. One of the main reasons i have been such a loyal customer is their customer service and good product. Everyone there is extremely knowledgeable about the product and will happily answer any questions you have. You make your own bud choices at this dispensary, the employees are there to assist you when you need it. I personally, am very happy and grateful.”

  • “I went into this place and they put on ad that first time patients 25$ 1/8 they open at 11am I got there at 1130 . Not a long wait at all I get checked in no more of the 25$ 1/8 they sold out in 30 minutes so I get a 1/8 of sky walker and a 1/8 of purple flo both 1/8 where small buds dry as hell and the flo had no smell. The sky walker was horrible mostly skinny stems wit small pieces of bud . This place sucks I will never go again and don't recommend this place to anyone.”

    Makes us wonder if you would have liked the quality of our product should we've had $120 Ounces when you visited us. LOL. Yes, we are a popular dispensary and we do run out of product because of that. But we do not lie to anybody about it since our advertisement says "while supplies last".

  • “Now that I've COOLED DOWN!! I will write a review. This was the result, of my first visit. On that visit I was met with respect and up front policies of the dispensary with a smile & greet… But I was waited on by a what I found out later was a Brand new bud tender, that was not fully knowledgeable of all the products. I made a donations for the R&R product, 500 mg active THC Hash Oil, Indica Tincture as a replacement for the O-Pen ver.cartridge Oil, to a refillable oil Pen. R&R Donation was $40.00 + tax, I received no effect of med after 3-refills in my vape system, I was very up-set, I went & picked up another O Pen cart. From another dispensary center 4-days later donation was $54.00. Now I'm Happy, but I've got to share this Product flaw with the "Green Cross" …. So I return with all my products and receipts to show the seriousness & Proof. This was not for a refund but some concession was expected as I was ready to leave the Remainder of the product (1.0z.btl) For testing to help the dispensary prove to the 3rd. party vendor they use that the QUALITY WAS BAD!!! When I voiced this to the More Experienced bud tender who was also present when I made my orig. purchase and after explaining that the mistake was on the New unexperienced Bud Tender She knew first hand because she uses both but for different reasons. Shows empathy, and honest understanding of the problem. But when she starts to explain this to Management, (Didn't get his name-but spoke with a accent). Starts going down this defensive explanation road that they can't refund or Guarantee anything…. Well I was finally INSULTED WHEN OFFERED A JOINT FOR MY TROUBLE…. I too am a patient at another dispensary and accustom to better ( I just happened to be in the area & this was closer to home !! BUT NEVER AGAIN I will not return… I'm a 64yr.old Afro-American, This Gentleman made me fill as if he thought I was Stupid & My Black Ass shouldn't be shopping in his store….. just saying people of color…….”

    Dear Sir, We can't understand why are you so upset. These cartridges are formulated differently: some of them are more concentrated and some of them are less concentrated. What really matters is the total amount of milligrams of cannabinoids that the person consume. Therefore, people with medical condition are typically prefer less concentrated version. It is not our fault that you prefer to get stoned out of just a few hits. We offered you 2 free joints just because we wanted to be nice to you, we weren't trying to insult you. And we are very sad that you brought the racial issue in your review. You could be black, you could be white, you could be green, we do not care about your color, we care about what kind of human being you are. Unfortunately, the way you sound is more like a spoiled kid that wasn't happy with the toy that he got. We do not understand why you are upset. You didn't want a refund, you didn't want an exchange, you brought a perfectly fine product, which hundreds of other patients are happy with, you were treated with great deal of sympathy and good will here. We didn't come up with "defensive explanation" because there was no reason for us to defend ourself but we really think that you have over-reacted and have blown a small issue out of proportion.
