“Bought a "Korova" cookie yesterday. Pamphlets for this brand were in the lobby, which say that these cookies are affordable at .08 per mg of THC. When I ordered a 150 mg cookie, I assumed the price would be about 12 bucks. I was surprised to learn (after the sale) that one cookie was $24. That's literally double what other cookies are per mg of THC. I didn't notice the price until after, as I purchased multiple things (there are no prices on the shelf, and the cookie was placed right in the bag when I ordered it). Their computer system was also down, so I was in there about an hour also.
On top of that - last time I was here I had a "free pre-roll" credit (which you get for posting positive reviews). When I got to my car I realized I'd been charged $10 for the free pre-roll. When I went back and told them later, I was treated like I was scamming them for a free pre roll.”
“ came in earlier today and got great advice from a likeminded individual. Treated me with respect, got me what I needed and is now why I'm heading Back to pick up more of what I got. shout out to the dude giving out fist bumps with the Steelers jersey I appreciate it bro. sorry I'm bad at remembering names. but cheers. ”
“Tbh I Think This location Is The Best location I’ve Been To so Far. I Like the Way Green Farmer work with there clients and welcome them everytime they walk through the door
I also like that I guys are very outgoing. ”
“Whoever answered the phone at 8PM (10-21-17) NEEDS to be trained in customer service. First time patient, more than happy to drive far for a place that has good prices and CHILL people.
Systems are down, understandable, it happens. I've seen it at other places and EVERY single one offers "I'm sorry for the inconvenience" and some will even add a free preroll or 5%-10% off next purchase.
SHE stated that they are closing early, 830. When asked, "If we arrive at 830, cash in hand, could we be served?".
Only to be told, "I mean like we close in seven minutes".
Doesn't offer an apology or even answer the question.
The best part was being hung up on.”
