Harvest HOC - Glendale

I very much disagree with the fact that because you're affiliated with another dispensary that I am now exempt from using my first time patient! I made no purchases today, and that's not being able to sample the quality of your cannabis oh, I will not be making any purchases at your facility. then monopolisation of the current market is getting out of control! once they legalize on the ballot, all you dispensaries are going to have to change the way you operate. LOL. shame on the Cannabis industry for taking advantage of its patients, and if Harvest isn't part of the solution they are part of the problem

Cheap prices, when other places have been increasing their prices. Another place I know with $17 1/8ths just increased their bottom shelf 1/8ths to $27.00, and instead of placing the flower in the usual plastic bottle they now put it in a nice glass jar... On a budget? Go here. They do offer first time deals also. Use to be Nirvana Center.

I was a little apprehensive about this dispensary because i liked nirvana but they are awesome! The brownie was great!

One of the best dispensaries in Arizona hands down

I bought 2 of the dream steam carts...and they were trash. One did not puff on all of my 5 batteries. The other dream steam was broken and came in 2 pieces. I tried going back to see if I can get a different brand of carts, they refused and still gave me two of the same bunk carts.

I am an immuno compromised patient who is afraid to go in and it is the most frustrating thing when I cannot even talk to someone to assist with what I might need. I can’t even get a hold of the store to talk to someone! Also if you put on your voice message to press a certain number at anytime to place an online order, then actually do it. Don’t make the message play again. I listened to it 7 times just to leave a message? I guess I won’t be stopping in as a new patient.

Brand New Patient!! This was the first dispensary I visited and I was greeted by two very nice guys at the front desk. I filled out paperwork and within 5 minutes, Jerry took me back to show me the products. He was super helpful and knowledgeable about the different strains and types of concentrates! It was extremely clean and they were professional in regards to the Corona virus protocols. Definitely made me comfortable and I will for sure be back!

Now that happy hour deals are gone prices on each tier of flower need to be greatly reduced. You should also offer better daily deals. One strain that is old for $70 a half Oz had me laughing at the bud tenders who looked embarresed to tell me there was only 1 strain for today's special. There is variety of flower but it's all roughly the same price. No point in spending that much on lower grade buds when the pre-packaged better buds are about the same price. Really frustrating when I need a quality budget Oz. I hope things change so this can be my main spot again.

So I’ve been to the Avondale location for my first time EVER & had an awful experience (for it being my first time to any dispensary AND considering the covid regulations) so I was very skeptical about going to another Harvest, however, the brand I was specifically looking for (Cookies & Lemonnade) I have only found at Harvest. So I gave this location a call (hoping for better customer service over the phone at least) & had the pleasure of speaking with Rosie who was very nice and patient with me and all my questions lol as I recently got my card. I also LOVED that she payed attention to detail. When I had shared with her over the phone that I had a Cookies cheetah piss preroll with a packing date of a few months back and i was NOT pleased so I asked about the packaging date on another product that I wanted. When I came into the shop she right away pointed out another preroll I had asked about had a sooner packing date than what I really wanted and informed me before I made my purchase, which made me change my mind of course I wanted it to taste the freshest. Anyway, rant over lol I loved her vibe & personality. She was very pleasant and informative. I didn’t feel like I was getting hustled or bullshitted in anyway lol excuse my language but yeah I will DEFINITELY be going back to this location 💗

HARVEST is a great place to shop constrates, they have mostly all the vendors witch is nice . ROSIE is very nice and cheerful always greets me with a big smile thank you !

Well I think its a DR appt ace that does bad business. I received a text after signing up at the Glendale location that said "thanks for signing up for text alerts from harvest of Glendale. stay tuned for grand opening info. Also show this text for first to.e patient deal!" And I even called yesterday and they receptionist said "yes just show the text and you get the deal again." So I go in today to be told "no I don't get it." Complete bs. I don't text.and anyone shops here.

the girl at the front counter was really freindly; thats where the good times end though..... seriously, not worth the time of going in. no specials (even though advertiseing they do), dont honor first time offer or birthday offers, and are very limited on what they have. service; wow talk about absolutley no knowledge about product. i mean you litterally sold me crumble as "diamond sauce", what a rip off!!!! well, ya wont get me twice thats for sure And carts, holy crap carts everywhere!!!! so disapointed coming here. unless you want an unusually expensive half gram cartridge, this is not the spot for you. ZERO reasons to come back

Stop in every night or every other night for multiple grams of rosin. Always show nothing but love and appreciation for the staff. Tonight however was a different story, I was buzzed back to go shopping with my partner (remind you the person at the front desk permitted us back together) we get to the register where a girl or boy in a beanie proceeded to tell us we were unable to be back together after she had already started to take our order. I mentioned I wasn’t shopping I was just back there with her. I was told to leave because I didn’t have any “reason” for being there because only recreational customers can do that. Poor management, poor customer service and clearly too incompetent to train or educate their staff on the correct laws or store rules. Never have been treated so terribly in a friendly customer service environment.

been here many times, great atmosphere and people and product. The last time I went I got a pack ood pre rolls, called colors strawberry lemonade and I have to say I would recommend them, not bad at all

I love harvest way more than the old nirvana they have better quality and the staff really knows what they are doing Eva is the person that has been helping me and I honestly will be asking for her every time I go she is very professional and actually shows she cares about the patients needs. She isn’t just trying to sell! Freshest stuff I’ve tried so far. Over all very pleased.
