“This place is skeeve palooza, with degenerates littering the parking lot and the dispensary. They didn't offer pickup orders on an extremely busy day. The line was far out the door. I bought my first flower with my mmj card here, and vowed never to come back. Three years later, I braved the rough neighborhood bc Herbal Wellness Center was the only place offering 818 OG. It's the best buds I've ever used for chronic, debilitating pain. No one was answering the phone, so I had to come down in person. The wait was 50 minutes, and there was no place to sit. I'm standing weakly, leaning on my cane when I asked what the wait time was, etc. The receptionist just giggled and shrugged when I answered incredulously. Really? Customer service sucks here. Apparently, so does management. You can't get one or two budtenders to work on pre-orders and a manager to make the flow of traffic not so dense? Please. I ended up going to another dispensary and getting my backup solid, Gorilla Glue #4. HWC cares more about making money than caring for the sick clients that need meds. ✌”
