Quality and service mean a lot to us, so we'd love to take whatever you have of your sticky gram and replace it with something more stable. Please email email@example.com to get that taken care of. In order to keep up with demand, we recently streamlined processes with our shatter that we just found out is crystallizing and sugaring up our concentrates. The concentrate is perfectly safe to use, and is possibly more flavorful, however is a mess to deal with and not our intention of giving to our patients.
