“High Mountain Health always provides quick and friendly service. The main thing I like about them is that once you get paged back you don't feel rushed like at some dispensary's. Not to mention it didn't take long for the staff to get to know me as a regular, it's nice to be able to carry on a conversation while browsing. All the staff is very knowledgeable and the few times that the individual helping me didn't know something they found out for me. Now lets not forget their product. Out of all the flower in town this dispensary has the best by far. One puff of the holy grail or Maui will put you under haha. Their edibles are always great and I have had nothing but good luck with their concentrates. Lastly I would like to add that their rewards system is fun and adds a little excitement to picking up. “This place is starting to go downhill. They are more worried about being cute with the customers then trying to get the overcrowded waiting room moving. Also I'm not happy that I know more about the basics of cannabis then some of the bud tenders and get to help their patients for them. You have educational material on the counter people. Maybe you should have your staff pick one up and read it occasionally. AZ dispensaries are in need of waking up and looking around them. When it goes recreational in AZ do you think we, your patients are going to put up with your sub par standards? I think not. Get your product up to standard for the prices you are charging, Get your staff updated on what CBD is good for, and learn that you are a business not a social gathering and move some patients. I will not be back to your dispensary unless all of these issues are fixed. I will take the extra time and money and drive else where out of flagstaff.”
We truly appreciate your feedback but are honestly surprised by this review! Our staff does it's very best to move the line along when we have one as quickly as possible while still offering the one-on-one consultation that each individual needs. We do have a lot of patients that are like family and require extra attention or want to chit-chat. At the end of a 10-hour day, sometimes folks do get tired and silliness sets in. We do have some new budtenders who are still learning, but they should ALL know the basics. We have monthly trainings to expand their knowledge, but there is certainly a lot to learn. Our product is stellar (some of the best in the state) and our prices are very competitive statewide, especially for the quality, which you would be hard-pressed to find better elsewhere. We offer daily specials and have a generous point system (which works out to a standing 10% off in free product) for our loyal patients who get to redeem them for whatever they like. We will certainly address these issues and make sure our new staff gets properly trained. If you ever have questions that they can't answer, our management are professional experts in the field and are always happy to help you. We would love the opportunity to make this right, so feel free to come in and voice your concerns to our manager who would love to have a conversation on how to fix these issues.
