They are big, and it's regularly busy (generally making me want to get in and out of there), but I haven't felt rushed through if I have questions about something I haven't tried before. After some extremely poor service nearby, this has become my go to spot in Kirkland.”

“Would not redeem stamp card, yes the stamp was not fully pressed down but it was pretty obvious the card had been stamped. Not only that, but I am a regular customer who has probably redeemed 2 dozen stamp cards or more in the last 8 months. Will not ever come back due to how I was treated. Hope the $15 was worth the loss of thousands in future business and referrals!!”
“Here's the thing- I absolutely hate shops that have a gated line (like at the airport). I see why they do, it's s big shop, but I always feel rushed and it's usually super crowded. Also, like many shops on the eastside, it's over-priced. The only times I go here is when I'm in a rush and it's convenient. ”
