They have great daily deals and one of those 'punch card' systems to reward return customers, which I appreciate a lot.”
“I bought a defective oil cartridge from them and they wouldn't stand by their product, even though the salesperson said they'd be more than happy to replace it if it breaks and is still more than half full. It was pretty spendy, so I'm not too happy about that. Good sale prices on flower though.”
We are so sorry that your experience wasn't the best! We unfortunately have some pretty strict rules when it comes to taking product back, as we must work with both Oregon law and the vendors making the product. We have revamped our return policy recently and we can now accept products with manufacturing defects that have been used less than halfway with the original receipt and packaging within 14 days of the purchase.
