I used to like house of dank heard great things about them this was my first time first buy and I make a nice price purchase waited hours I ordered my flower and items around 6pm didn’t arrive until 11:30 pm but I wasn’t upset because I love how the company went out there way to still deliver but it doesn’t tell u on the site they charge a card fee so that leaves u with deliver price of weed and the card fee if your not using cash packaging was fire but let’s get to the weed the strain doesn’t get u high neither strain I ordered it’s like the weed smells like mold or it’s old idk i mean not even a few hours high so basically it was a waste of money i could have cried because people work hard for their money now I’m stuck with bs flower love their prices not so much the weed idk maybe I got a bad batch because this isn’t it I even rolled a blunt a joint I tried to get someone else high and it gets u high enough too when your in that session after it just goes away

Despite my bad experience the first time we bought wax at this place, I decided to try their Black Friday special which was a $600 oz of gelato on sale for $400 based on the recommendation from a friend who picked it up earlier that day.

 I went and bought it and got it home and even though it looked good it's smoked like straight trash, tasted like you were literally pulling grass out of the ground and smoking it, and left a chunky black residue in my enail. 

Been sitting in my safe for almost a month since I refused to even smoke the garbage and then my friend who originally bought the Oz from them says I'll take the rest of that one since I liked it.

Well come to find out it's not even the same stuff that he bought even though it's the exact same special on the same day.

This place is extremely deceptive and their wax is straight garbage run away as fast as you can.

I ordered a 3.5 from here. Got it home, opened it, looked a little light, so I weighed it - 1.94 grams!

HOD running a 1 for 2 special, looks like. Scam artists. When I called to see what they could do about it, they told me "nothing". So I'm doing something about that right here.

Purchased Fluresh today. First, this sh*t is bunk. Do not waste your money. Called them about it because after 1 dose, and 2 hours later I took a double dose. Still nothing. They also sold product that expires in 8 days. It was "harvested" in 11/21/2019. The expiration date is 10/22/2021. When I called and told whoever answered the phone about this product,  and problem I was having, she kept making excuses, I told her I followed directions,  and still felt nothing. I mentioned the expiration date. Her response...it hasn't expired. You can't get a refund. They could've given a store credit, not even that. I've never been talked to so rudely. I have no complaints about the flower they sell. BUT, I would NEVER buy ANYTHING else from them, (gummies,  beverages, chocolates etc...),or anything with an expiration date. Check your products because they don't care. It's the equivalent of getting a bag of dried out Flower full of seeds, and stems.

***The 2 stars for service was for how they treat the customer after they get your money.

Plenty of options for every price range . The staff are rude though . And I had 20 cents in change and the bud tender decided for myself that I didn’t need my change cause the amount wasn’t big to her. Anyway again plenty of options .

I’ve been going to House of Dank off and on for a couple years now, and now I’m embarrassed of how much a fool I’ve been made. The prepackaged 1/8ths here have always looked small, but my delivery order on 4/20 contained 16 prepackaged 1/8ths that were noticeably small and light. After weighing ALL contents, only one out of the 16 packages actually had 3.5G. Most packages had between 2.4-2.9g, a few had between 3.0-3.4g. In total, I paid a pretty penny for 52.5 top shelf grams and only received 41.3, though packages claimed I received all of it. Get a scale. Check package contents, because I promise you’re being cheated and lied to.

**RETURN POLICY**
It is House of Dank policy to only allow returns on defective cartridges. Defective carts qualify as those that are: leaking, have missing or broken parts, or have a bad hardware connection. Carts that are half empty, clogged, don't "hit well", or have bad taste do not qualify as defective. Please note that it is up to the manager's discretion as to whether a cart is deemed "defective" or not. Defective cartridge returns are only permitted within a 14 day time period, in the original packaging, with the Metrc ID #, batch, or inventory ID number fully legible.

I purchased (5) 1 gram concentrates from here which were all spoiled, old and unusable. They were all over 10 months old and obv not stored properly. Most of their products are like this so make sure you check your medication before buying. They have return policies listed for other products(flower) that you can’t make returns on. Nothing posted anywhere for concentrates but would not accept return. When bringing the condition of medication to the attention of the managers, I was lied to and given the run around for 10 days. I ended up talking to Jennica and Kass at the 8 mile location. They were the most unprofessional people(managers!) I have ever spoken with. **the third time I called in that 10 days I was hung up on by one of the above managers. I treated them with respect and remained calm the whole time. ****was then notified by corporate to contact them directly... did so via email and was told someone would be reaching out in a couple days. 9 days later, no reply to follow email and no follow up from anyone. This company obv has issues from the bottom all the way to the top. Ignored, lied to and hung up on.
