“Cool shop, but very crowded and unorganized. Should really have people wait In the lobby till there is space in the display room for more costumers. When I was waiting the woman who came in behind me in line got served first. The bud tenders were nice but scatterbrained I'm a medical patient when I was asking questions I was interrupted by another employe and he pulled the person I was talking to away and had someone else start helping me. At that point I just got a squib and got out. Should have a case just for medibles and medical products. Also have flower displays on each counter. So the whole room isn't reaching for the same tent jars. ”
I'm using this as a comment card for you guys!
So I know we're trying to figure out the whole "rec and med in one room" situation, but this is the second time I've been taxed as a medical patient. I'm not pointing fingers at anyone, especially because you guys take such good care of me, but when I purchase a Quarter of Obama and get charged the extra $10, after having the front desk note that I'm medical in the system AND handing the budtender my medical card when he asked for ID, (to which he asked "You're medical?") I kind of need to trust that someone isn't going to charge me the recreational tax. Justin, you know I love you guys so I wouldn't say this without seriously thinking about it, but let's not let anyone drop a small ball that could send less friendly customers elsewhere in the future! Thanks guys, I'm not batting an eyelash at $10, but I also would have been even more enthusiastic with a review had I been charged the correct price, sin tax.
Love, Andrew Mc.”
“I recently moved to Southern Oregon, and this is my favorite dispensery so far! The employees are very friendly and helpful. The bud tender's recommendation of Blue City Diesel was right on! Very nice quality product, and at a decent price. I will return! ”
