“I would like to give HOL 5 stars, but I can't, for two reasons. Yes their selection is very good, and the prices are great. I don't mind the unfortunate parking or small size of the place. The staff are by and large friendly and unhurried.
However, I was extremely disappointed with the two clones I got from them last year. They were in my opinion, mislabeled, as the flowers I harvested were not the strains they were labeled to be. When you only have half a dozen plants to work with over the course of 6 months, it's a massive setback to wind up with a strain you didn't want.
If I owned a dispensary, I don't know how I would try to "make it right" in this situation. I'm not asking for a free replacement, but some addressing of the issue would have been appreciated. The budtender I told this to seemed annoyed rather than sympathetic and begrudgingly took my contact info with an assurance I'd be contacted about this. I haven't been, which is a major fail in customer service in my book.
I will still buy flowers here, as the quality and price are superior to most of the competition. I would not buy clones from them again.”
