“They are fine when you are handing them money, but TERRIBLE if you have an PROBLEM WITH BUGS IN YOUR CANNABIS!
I purchased product yesterday, and shortly thereafter found several (fungus gnat-type) insects attached to the inner flowers on several that I inspected. This is unacceptable, so I promptly drove to the store expecting thanks for finding pests, and an exchange for a BUG FREE Product....NO SUCH LUCK!
THEY ALL BUT CALLED ME A LIAR, SAYING: "how do we know that that stuff came from that jar?" and told me that although they do returns & excanges ( for others ) with faulty product, this was different because I had to remove the product from the package to see the insects...they never explained this to my satisfaction.
They intermittently blamed their inability to help me on:
the State Control Board, and
the lack of the "owner" being off premises, or
my opening the package before finding the CRITTERS
They took my phone number, but not the SHITTY CANNABIS THEY SOLD ME
Waiting for resolution...key word "waiting"”

That Saturday I opened the gray Cenext tube; and it was empty.
I had a meeting in Issaquah Monday; so I went in to talk to them before.
Brandon the manager on Duty just looked at me with a "so what" look when I told him what happened. He then went into the back to call the GM when I told him I wanted him to make it right. One of the other clerks said "yeah, that happens." when I explained my issue while Brandon was in the back.
Brandon came back and said he spoke to "Cliff" and began to try to explain somehow that due to state law he couldn't make good on the product I had purchased. He said I could either buy more and get a discount to be whole; or talk to "Cliff". I wanted to talk to "Cliff". He then said "Cliff" wasn't available; even though he had just spoken to him. He took my info.
It's now Thursday; still no call from "Cliff".
It was $11 they've stolen from me; I've spent a multiple of this in the time I've spent trying to get them to make it right.
I hope Issaquah gets another store so that people in that area have options other than these bandits.
The moral is don't just take the bag they hand you. If you can't see the bud in the container, open it; because they won't stand behind their sale once they have your cash.”
“Really nice location, great staff, and even though everything is behind the counter they asked me if I wanted to pick my buds. It is *expensive* compared to other shops, but they do carry some stuff nobody else does.”
“Great selection of products. Higher priced flower than many other retail stores (including their other sho Seattle Cannabis Co.). Not a fan of the doctors office style location. I guess it's also still under construction because the walls are unfinished? Cheap quality oil tho.”
