“Return visit during a sale with various brand reps on hand. As I had to wait in lobby I asked receptionist if she had a current menu- no, is menu on leafly close? No, we update daily just to weedmaps which she couldn't pull up nor I on my phone due to zero bars so lobby,heads up, is a dead zone. I get in and long line for rec, around room 4 tables of swag with reps talking only amongst themselves not with potential customers. Then I am told the reps only talk after you purchase their product and give you swag.
I finally get to budtender and every choice I came in for is out of stock. Also the day prior to sale I called to verify if all edibles and concentrates on sale or just the rep ones- I was told yes and the sale was all day. Today the budtender double checked with her supervisor who said only rep products on sale, so 1 of my strains had been in stock I wouldn't have gotten the sale everyone else did before me and 2 not one person tried to offer me anything else comparable IN A ROOM FULL OF REPS!
3 Why did this supervisor not know his own sale?
4 why did I leave with 0 product answer see 1-3
Also I have personally seen Jardin have much higher prices for the exact same product at other dispensaries without sales.
This is the second time visiting and leaving without purchase.
Sadly although staff is friendly I don't want to leave sitting in lobby to standing in line for a bud tender when I am disabled and have issues standing for very long. Both times I've given this place a try they have been out of everything I would have bought or it was never offered or suggested EVEN BY THE BRANDS OWN REPS!!!
I will not be giving Jardin a third chance and I recommend anyone buying ganja products to try everywhere else before here and stay away anytime reps are there. Apart from all that, just maybe if they happen to have a sale and what u want at the same time you might get a lucky deal.
