“Granted there was no wait I wasn't overly pleased at all. The first thing that caught me off guard was that when I asked about Dixie products and if they carried any the bud tender very abruptly said "Noooo" in a tone like there was something horribly wrong with Dixie products ( which I happen to be very fond of, like everyone else I've talked to about them). Whatever- they didn't have them moving on, I asked if they had any first time patient specials and I was told they didn't, I said "ah okay cool, most places do." And he then told me that he would throw in a free pre-roll since my running total was already high. I then asked what the most energizing Sativa they had was and he said Sour Diesel, but said that it was only in pre-rolls so I added one of them to my haul, he then also recommended Sherbet to me as a heavy sativa, it was listed as a sativa and even in red packaging which signified sativa ( green for hybrid and either blue or purple for indica, I can't remember which). I asked why hardly any of the strains they had were pulling up on Weedmaps or Leafly and he then proceeded to talk crap about leafly and said that I couldn't trust it and that it was BS.
Anyway 8 finally finish, pay and leave only to realize he didn't give me the free pre-roll promised, AND after asking for a heavy sativa, one of the ones he recommended to me was not a sativa at all, it was in fact a VERY indica heavy hybrid. But they have it packed and displayed as sativa and have the budtender selling it as a sativa!

“They had a special for returning patients. 15% off purchase today only. I drive over with an exit bag that has their name printed on it and they won't honor me as a returning patient. I'm required to have a receipt to get the special even though they have record of me buying from them in the past as a medical patient. I also have an exit bag with their name printed on it! I will never return again. ”

“They let 5 customers in before me that came in after I did. They changed the price on some products which led me to be a few bucks shy. The bud tender refused to adjust the price. He was arrogant and rude. They lost a $110 over $6, and thousands in future business. When I said asked if he was willing to loose a good sale and a loyal customer over this, he laughed and didn't care one bit. My recommendation would be to go somewhere else. There are lots of dispensaries, no need to give money to jerks.”
