“Some of the worst customer service I've ever received. I called them on the phone first , and they had no idea what they had in stock. They also wouldn't check to see if things were in stock, and their menu was completely wrong. The person on the phone did nothing useful at all and knew nothing useful either.”

I don't appreciate being lied too and can see that it's not just me you're doing it too (see reviews below) Quick way too lose customers. Oh and the chick that likes to send you home with empty containers needs to go. Really liked you guys when I first started coming in back in November, but with my last few visits I can say I won't be back. Hire some people with a brain and stop labeling your shit wrong. ✌🏼️”

I've been to a lot of dispensary and will never need to go anywhere else. It's important to me that I'm respected and treated with love when I dedicate my business to somewhere. “This shop is ridiculous and need to read up on CUSTOMER SERVICE! I purchased some Pandora on Friday and the Jar in the shop said 29% when I get in my car the label says 25% being the third time this has happened to me I went back in to let them know hey you have an issue here and its AGAINST THE LAW to not accurately disclose what you are selling, the jerk laughed at me like it was a freaking joke not as if im a dis-satisfied customer and instead of trying to fix the situation (hey maybe tell me which is actually correct) HE LAUGHED! This was really the nail in their horrible customer service coffin after dealing with the horrifically rude girl who said not one word to me beside my total and glared making me hurry in my selection to get away from her. Oh did i mention i had to yell my selection over the sound of their music blaring because every time i said something i just got a glare and a i cant hear you look. All in all there is so many good shops in Portland and this one has fallen far from the top of that list where they used to reside.”

“There's one girl that works there who literally skips me every single time. It's frustrating to go and wait in such a long line and then be "greeted" with poor customer service. Aside from that girl, who I now try to avoid, this place is the real deal. The pricing is always great and the quality is on point. They have a punch card program where you can make purchases to add up to get money off and they also have the penny gram days. The rest of the staff is so pleasant and nice that I'll always return but I just avoid the dark tan girl who is rude and never smiles.
I do think they should relocate to a larger facility and add a few bud tenders as the last several times I've waited about 25 mins to get what I came for while people before me ponder what they want to purchase and the people after me are making their purchase before me. As you can tell that specific employee has left me with a bad taste in my mouth for Kaleafa. I'll still return since it's so close and the other employees are always great.”

“I much prefer Kaleafa’s homey feel to the more sterile outlets’, though all the bud tenders I’ve met in Portland have been very nice. But Kaleafa’s people are especially friendly**, and though the atmosphere is buzzing and the place is jumping especially on penny-gram days, they do an impressive job of handling the flow efficiently and surprisingly quickly, without making you feel rushed.
**Just one suggestion, they might want to not overuse phrases like “we’re glad to have YOU as a customer! First, they don’t know you from Adam and second, stuff like that is really only effective when uttered while black - at which time it works VERY well - Hey don’t blame me I dint write the rules :D But I have to say, I went in on my birthday kinda bored, and came out feeling like royalty. It was awesome.
So how bout that one review, that litany of complaints? Lil dude almost sounds like he knows what he’s talking about till you start wondering, if he’s such a weed expert, how’s he still so uptight? LOL. And it doesn’t take a whole lotta smarts to know that of COURSE the promos - full grams for a penny! - are going to be from batches that are a bit drier, that for quality purposes will soon be pulled from the shelves. I personally appreciate the promos a LOT - you get to try strains that you might not otherwise, and I’ve found some good ones!”
