  • “the best budtender at the establishment is cody. they seem to hire and fire regularly so im always happy to see him there when i visit. the relationship between tender n patient is crucial it must be a comfortable interaction and once u take that experience away the chemistry is gone. new employees might not be familiar with strains specific to certain patients. if it wasnt for cody being at karuna i prolly would not visit or recommend. the service and environment is amazing but the quality of product definitely had room for improvement ”

  • “I've been a member here for years now, and every time I go in I get greeted by name and feel very welcome. I love the selection, both in product and pricing. Also the deals are great - better then anywhere I've been.”

  • “Good vibes, great product, and chill aatmosphere. Just signed up at the victoria location. I'm a member at other dispencary and this oone has by far the biggest sselection of flowers and edibles. It blows my mind how much variety is in a tiny shop. SStaff told me about other location. will visit soon.”

  • “I don't know how many people read these but after reading some negative ones it seems some people are either misinformed or malicious. I don't know any people that are not really happy with karuna and all they're doing for the medical cannabis community other than their competition lol. The only people I've heard negative stuff from have either been staff that have been let go or members that have been banned and i only know of one. I can't imagine having an issue with a place that bends over backwards to have so many good strains and range of pricing as well as the best edibles hands down. Live resins that's ligit for under $70gr is also great not to mention always 13+ shatters to choose from. How is it possible to complain but I guess you always get someone that can't find good in anything. I'm sure karuna will ignore it and continue the good fight. When the city is done with the lic program I'm sure many will be glad they are still karuna members. Original 500. I remember before the place was changed and how karuna changed the mmj dispensary seen and the way people buy at them. Still at the fore front of the industry with the new store so if you're not happy with the old one then go to the new one and see what being a member here has gone towards. Clearly not into the pockets of the owners as I don't see any club putting back i to their pubs for their members the way Karuna has. I've seen alot of clubs a few have close to what Karuna does. Maybe some people need to go look around a little. Peace out.”

  • “Amazing. best strains best selection and amazing extracts with friendly staff. People come here in droves for a reason but missing the deathstar and but will be in soon I'm sure. There are other clubs with higher prices for the same strains. If it's high quality you want with a deal on top this is the place to go.”

  • “Sorry Karuna - you seem to be taking your customers for granted and your losing another one. When was the last time you updated your edibles menu on Leafly? I check to see what is available and it's completely different from what's at your location. When asked about this (numerous times) employees reply with "you can just phone us". I know I can phone but you're missing the point. Your products and service are going downhill while your competition is working on getting better. Not a good combination. If you were a stock I would advise 'sell'.”

  • “Leafly announced karuna had Congolese on the menu so I called to enquire more information. They and only five specific clinic memberships are valid. Collusion much? With their 11$ + grams I wouldn't pay their $45 tax for a docs signature. Too much drama for this place.”

  • “Also just a note karuna health foundation, I've written reviews about your sub par service and all you could. Do was beg leafly to take it down? Take the criticism and fix the problems you are creating. This is meant for honest feedback so the patients can make educated guesses about where they wish to spend their money, and you guys don't help in a medical way plain and simple. I've see you rip off pensioners and disability patients who can nearly afford a 45 dollar gram of Phoenix tears multiple times a month. Take the feedback that myself and many others have given you, don't just tell us your Too. BUSY and to go somewhere else. Everyone should really know how much the owners don't care about the patients, spend your money elsewhere guys many other dispensaries are way more educated and friendly ”
