Awful return experience. I bought an item l that was an empty box—no product inside. So after I called Delta 9, they directed me to contact the grower. I sent out numerous emails to the grower—which i understand is the process. That part was easy—the grower gave me authorization for a return quickly. But dealing with Delta 9 for my return I felt like I had to jump through hoops. The product I was returning wasn’t available online. So I tried to call in and reserve the product I was returning but the woman at the front desk said they couldn’t reserve it. Then when I showed up in person, the woman at the window scolded me from pulling out the empty box from my pocket like I was a child and told me I had to wait in line again to return an empty box for the product I was supposed to get yesterday. And no one at any time apologized for my inconvenience until I pointed it out. Even though I live in Greensburg, I’ll go to Rise in Latrobe from now on. At least they treat me like a human.
