“Really enjoy this dispensary, and for the area it is definitely as good as you can get within 50 miles any direction. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and I have yet to be disappointed by the budtenders in any fashion.
Their selection is top notch, tons of cartridges, strains, pre rolls etc. pretty much anything you could want. The prices are reasonable however some of the top shelf can get a little pricey for what the bud is testing at (I understand it's not top shelf for the THC alone, but I'd like to get my money's worth in both looks and effects) and I feel like the building is a little large, the feel could be a bit more welcoming if everything wasn't so spread out but seriously, I am stretching for criticism here.... it's pretty much flawless.... “The shop is beautiful, but you pay higher prices for the atmosphere & not necessarily the product. The employee who helped me was friendly but was not very knowledgeable, at first she gave me wrong prices on their selection of edibles. I originally decided on a bag of 10 cookies, 5mg each for 24 dollars. I went to get money out of their ATM, and when I got back, she told me she had made a mistake and it was actually 36 dollars. I decided to go with their Cold Brew Mocha. My decision was made based on the THC content in the coffee, which the employee insisted was 50mg per bottle, just like the entire bag of cookies and most of their other edible packages. When I went to drink it, the bottle turned out being only 15mg. To say the least, I was very disappointed. I do feel like I should have read the label first, but It's also important to have a reliable budtender who can relay correct information. I have worked as a budtender before, and would always verify any information I wasn't positive about. Having known the actual THC content, I would have definitely chosen another option. ”

Let me first apologize for your dissatisfying experience, we agree with you that a reliable budtender is a must when shopping at a dispensary. Being located in Eastern Oregon there is very little access to experienced staff, so we are working with novice budtenders and training them as we go. You shared your experience as a budtender in your review, let me point out that everyone deserves a chance to grow and learn, everyone starts somewhere. We have discussed this with the staff member who assisted you, and have presented solutions so that this may never happen again.
In this situation we really wish you would have called after the discovery of misinformation and allowed us to remedy the problem immediately. Since time has passed, I urge you to come back to our shop and let our management team remedy this situation as soon as possible. “Kind Leaf is my go to dispensary. I love the shop, it's wood and simplistic vibe is perfect for a dispensary. The staff is always so helpful. Their warm, friendly nature and knowledge and experience.....it just makes it a great experience all around. Their product is always good. Couple favs of mine is Blue Dream, and Green Crack. I Ike that I can go in there and tell them what I'm looking for, or what symptoms I have and they just start pulling a few options down for me. These people actually care about their customers!”
