“After being a customer for a year, I must say this place has grown to be a really great shop to do business with. Most of the staff are friendly, though not all of them. I've noticed in some of the responses that KushMart has made, they recommend getting a manager. That's unrealistic and most likely will not happen as often as it should in a fast paced, high volume store like this, unless there was a real big screw up. I understand customer service is big, but that's more on the managers to make sure their staff were properly trained and continue to work on their skills. Reviews like this are likely to be a better way to address and hopefully fix the issues. It's a real issue with this store, but if your skin isn't a little tough, I don't know you should be out and about anyways, lol. The prices are not the very best in town, but their selection makes up for the few dollar difference. The product is always great, especially their top shelf buds. I come in at least twice a week, and will continue to do so! Thanks you guys.”

I dropped 5 bucks and had an argument with security to get it back after another customer said what happened. there was some guy trying to get me to buy him weed said he lost his I'd. I went somewhere else.”

I no longer drive & arranging for a ride with someone who is willing to travel 35 to 45 minutes each way or over 2 hours by Transit, is it's own issue.
That being said, holee catz it is well worth it!
Well lit, welcoming, inviting, spacious with prices & products well marked, easy to see with several knowledgeable, friendly bud tenders on hand but not in your face.
I am claustrophobic, I have vision & hearing loss...
none of those were an issue at KushMart -Everett
