I like when I visit the bud tenders go out of their way to take care of me from the minute in come in that door till the time I leave and they walk me to my car. I am on a quard cane and have difficulty walking. They go over the products and devices for me. They also help me figure out not too max out my dosage amounts and lets me know what discounts are. They are just Great. I love the disposable vapors, I use them at night in bed when I am in pain. Thanks guys.

I am leaving this review for the 3rd time concerning the St Petersburg location I was at last month. I never received any sort of reply either if the other 2 times so I checked back again to notice yet again my review was deleted. I placed an order for Banana OG that was listed online at nearly 4% higher than what it actually was when I drove 30 minutes there to pick up my order. Simply put this is FALSE ADVERTISING. I don't feel like the full explanation, but Brandon, the assistant manager, is absolutely clueless. He hadn't even looked at their online promotions or inventory prior to speaking with patients picking up their prescriptions. He accused me of lying until he looked it up and saw for himself, and then he asked an employee to take over as he stated while walking away he needed him to take over before...he stopped there before saying anything else. This location lost a customer due to poor management and false advertising.

Nothing on the menu was actually there and what I purchased had mold on it. Their packaging is okay but quality is Meh. Will shop elsewhere moving forward

Haven't been there in a long time. I purchased whole flower several times and it was on the level of crap flower Surterra sells. Liberty) was giving a Veterans discount of 15%, But it didn't apply to flower sales. Now I see that they're giving a 25% discount to veterans, still it doesn't apply to flower sales. Suterra still at 15%, doesn't apply to flower. Medmen and Vita-Cann give a lousy 15% too, but at least you can apply it to flower. Trulieve gives veterans a 20% discount across the board, One Plant 25%, Rise 25%, and Grow Healthy 30%. I refuse to buy any of their stuff again, at least not till they give veterans a decent discount applying to all sales and improve the quality of their buds.

I have used this LHS since shortly after they opened and have always had excellent customer service and great advice on their products. My only complaint is they have not had Mary's Medicinal products on a consistent basis for the past few months.

I will never buy anything from the company again. Purchased two distillate syringes and both taste horrible and had zero affect. both have very dark color and both taste so bad I couldnt use them. company does not stand by what they sell. Call customer service and they said its company policy not to refund based on taste or quality. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Hands down best dispensary in Tampa Bay area. The staff at my st pete dispensary is AMAZING. Everyone knows my name there. I work next to surterra and the atmosphere there can be pretty tense sometimes like I'm bothering them so I stopped shopping there unless it's an emergency. They genuinely want to help you and they're always CRAZY busy bc everyone loves it-and they're still SO patient with you-never get aggravated like do with people at my job lol. They have the best TEAM, best prices, best therapeutic products,rewards program,best percentages in their flower-when u cant beat them join em. #libfolife 🖤alicia

The waiting area here is nice and spacious. The bud tenders are all so nice and knowledgeable. The price on the super A5 is killer at only $28! Super happy with a REWARDS program! It pays to keep loyal customers happy 😊

Staff was rude at first. Don’t think the manager was present. They offer a new patient discount on low quality products. The only indica they had was a crappy disposable one that doesn’t work. I won’t return.

My favorite place for flower!

I went there for the first time less than a month ago and I’ve been back several times since. Everyone is so nice and helpful!

Great location, love the pax era and the pods. They had a Riff Pineapple Express pod for the Era when I was in and it is definitely my favorite strain I have found so far in this state!

i had an excellent experience here!! everyone was so friendly. vanessa went out of her way to make sure i got what i wanted and she was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. they have great products here for a fair price. the shop itself is so well done and i really like how the products are on display- i haven’t seen that at another dispensary just yet. i will absolutely be returning!!

Liberty Health Sciences is an Amazing dispensary. The staff is very likable and ready to tend to you every question or need. I would definitely recommend LHS to anybody in the Saint Petersburg Area. 25% Off for vets! And they always have a fridge full of cold bottled water for that hot Florida Day. Check em out!
