  • “I was a medical member of this location until today. I asked for a replacement vape battery. They didn't have that brand, but she said she had the same and used an aftermarket battery with no issue. I bought the battery, which fit, but would not work with my vape. I returned the item 2 hours later with undamaged packaging and a receipt and was refused a cash refund, even though it was their misinformation that led me to buy the item. Moving my membership somewhere else immediately.”

    We are incredibly sorry about your unfortunate experience at our Peoria location and you have our sincerest apologies. We had a junior manager on staff who was simply trying to make the right call but didn't. There are times we make exceptions and in your case, our senior managers would have taken care of you properly.
