“i'm super stunned this place is ranked so well. this is THE most suspect place i've ever been too. they keep their buds for purchase behind closed doors. when you receive the product they do NOT encourage you to smell or open it prior to leaving. other dispensaries are much more open about the products you purchase, keeping BIG glass jars of the weed out and measuring carefully in front of you. buyers beware here at lightshade. the buds i received were dreads, dried out with lots of stem. i will NEVER come here again.”
We at Lightshade are sorry that you feel that the strain on the shelf wasn't representative of the product you received. We would never intentionally get your order wrong, but it is possible to mess up an order by accident. We certainly encourage our shoppers to stop and smell their product if they would like to, and some opt to. As you describe, Ligthshade does have an inventory control room and we pull the order from here. In no way is this room meant to be "out of sight" to the customer, or "questionable" in any way. This unique layout allows us to take customers faster and more efficiently, cutting down on wait times for our customers and medical patients. Lightshade Peoria is a neighborhood favorite, we see many locals and out of starers, and we very rarely get the order wrong when pulling it. I'm so sorry your experience was not top notch, we really do aim for perfection. Please accept my sincerest apologies for the upsetting service and allow me to make this up to you!
