  • “Hey guys, I went to iVita today after seeing their BOGO deal on here. I called to confirm and specifically asked if it was good on all their strains and if they had Blue Dream, and they said yes! I was shocked and got in the car ASAP. I came up from Littleton so the drive was 45 minutes or so, but I figured it was well worth it. When I got there the facility was hidden in an industrial area (kind of sketchy). I was surprised that the inside was as nice as it was, and the people were friendly too. Unfortunately the BOGO deal only applied to a horrible looking strain on a shelf behind the counter (looked very brown and cut poorly [stems]) and it turns out Blue Dream was only for medical customers. Total bummer! I was very bummed after calling to confirm and making the long drive especially for the BOGO and Blue Dream. Anyway, I told the clerk I wanted an eighth of a two different strains each and a pre-roll. She only rang one up, and after the two errors already I did not feel like making a big deal. The bud seems to be quality. But, the communication cost me a lengthy drive and a huge disappointment when I got to iVita. iVita's personal 'About' statement reads as: "The iVita Way is a unique approach both ideologically and operationally. Our goal is to exceed the expectations of every patient by offering outstanding customer service, professionalism, and product superiority." I would not say it was horrible customer service, but if you're goal is to "exceed the expectation of every patient" than it should.”

  • “Was one of the first couple shops I stopped in to. Definitely had the most professional atmosphere. Once behind the doors the guy who helped me was very knowledgeable and open to any questions I had. I will definitely keep an eye on their menu as I look to be a return customer. ”

  • “My first visit to iVita did not go well at all. I arrived, as I almost always do, about 8 minutes before 5pm with my temporary paperwork in order. There was no guard at the door at the time I arrived, so I proceeded to the desk. I gave all my paperwork to the very nice, bubbly blonde receptionist and patiently awaited their return while also filling out the intake form. They had a few people in front of me, and about 6 people showed up after me, a couple of pairs of guys and someone who apparently was a regular or an employee because his ID wasn't checked and he was immediately buzzed to the back. I'm a pretty patient and understanding person, but I waited about 30 minutes just to get into the back. I watched multiple people that arrived after me go in before me, and I made sure to let them know that. To my surprise, the receptionist had placed me in the 'rec' slot, making me a non-priority patient and therefore skipping me by about 5 other people. I've NEVER had this happen, and I've been to over a dozen shops by this point- arriving before 5pm ALWAYS gets me in the door, and I've never been treated as a recreational purchaser before. I had found a flyer in one of the magazines that are distributed around here, and it said Wednesday was $15 gram of wax day, so I inquired about it. To my expectation, they didn't even have daily specials anymore and one of the bud tenders was quick to inform me that the flyer was about a year outdated. How is that possible, considering I just got it less than a month ago? I left without any purchase, displeased and of the opinion that it seems iVita doesn't care much about medical patients at all. Otherwise, ESPECIALLY a new patient, would've been treated as top priority, right?”
