“Normally a huge fan of livwell. Everyone is usually so friendly. I moved my membership elsewhere and had my girlfriend going in to sign up next week. I got a really nasty call from one of there employees asking if I moved my membership and was really rude. She started lecturing me on proper protocol for the other dispensary. I am not sure why she did this since the issue is between the other place and livwell. Will not be going back and my girlfriend will not be moving over membership. ”
JBloc86, we appreciate you letting us know you were unhappy with the phone call we made to you about your caregiver-ship. In order to stay compliant we must do our diligence and be sure our patients do not have more than one caregiver listed within the Metrc system. In this instance you must have signed up elsewhere, without the other dispensary notifying LivWell, which is not at all your fault. We do have instances where the patient listed with LivWell did not elect the other dispensary as their caregiver, this is why we do call out to the patient personally to verify. I do apologize about your interaction on the phone with our staff member, being any less than respectful is unacceptable. I will be addressing this issue.
