MOTHERS DO NOT LET YOUR DAUGHTERS WORK HERE.. Our family suffered a death this week of a loved one. While our family was gathered remembering him; my daughter received a phone call from lovely buds firing her for spending time with her family. Time off that she had already received APPROVAL to take off during this sad time for us. It is always hard to imagine that a person would be so cruel, uncaring, low class and as disgusting as this to their employee during a death. It really does show a persons true character. Elizebeth, your action today was horrid. My family and I will not soon forget your hateful, spiteful action against my daughter during our grieving. From one business owner to another Elizabeth; it was absolutely selfish and disgusting behavior. I wish you nothing but failure in your future and if you keep treating employees and their families this way...I doubt I will have to wait very long. Myself, my family and my friends here in Spokane will make sure everyone we meet knows who you are and none will support your stores and mistreatment of your employees every again in Spokane. You are the worst kind of business owner Elizabeth. The same “care” you put out in the world, you will surely have returned back to you.

I went into the Lower Division store today to get a drink. In the case was 6 bottles of 100mg CBD That was expired and marked 10.00. I asked to purchase it. The bud tenter took it out of the glass case commented on the way to the register what a good deal it was. Then she scanned it and said, “$15 please” I asked, “why $15 it’s marked $10? She said that’s a good question. She then call the manger over and she saw the price marked on the bottle and started taping the keyboard screen and then she answered my question as to why? She said, “It was originally $30 and as per Lovely Buds policy they can only sell it for half price, so now the price is $15” I said, I understand policy is policy. However, it was marked $10, the bud tender said it was $10 and it rang up $15, as the customer, I feel it’s unethical to label/price your product $10, your bud tender quotes $10, and at the register its $15. Manager walked away and the bud tender then asked, “Do you want it or not?” I said, “No, thank you. If you don’t value your customers enough to honor the price that store clearly miss marked, and I can’t trust the price that the product clearly reads will be the same at the register, then I will no longer be a patron at your store.” Good luck Lovely Buds, this shopping experience, in my opinion was wrong, and you should have honored the price you labeled your product.

The employee ignored my pick up order after I placed one online and they were sold out when the website said they were in stock . She then continued to said I can’t place my order on the phone with them.I just placed an order on the phone 2 days ago .. from the same location. It’s COVID and they said come into the store cause they can’t help . Well I called around and 5 other places are more then happy to place an order for me to pick up . I have been coming here since they moved locations and this was the first time I was told I cannot place an order by an employee I didn’t even recognize. Would not recommend and am sharing my experience with many others.

I visited your store about 2months ago and had problems with items online not in stock, wrong prices, and was told by your budtender of other products only to show up and be told they were all gone(found out later they were not all gone). I left reviews, so you made up for my wasted time and drive. I tried to give Lovely Buds again yesterday and today, at Sprague and Division. All 3 products online were out at the store on Sprague yesterday. Today's online order at Division was a disaster. One product listed online at the wrong price, the other not in stock, also told at the wrong price. They offered another product at a higher price and would not honor the online price on what was in stock. Not the only dispensary in town with these shady tactics.
