Parking is great, the service is good but the products they carry are just so-so. Bedford Grow supplies a big chunk of the flower and they're terrible, also Maribis & Bedford Grow are owned by the same entity which I think is kind of shady. The only alternative is to go downtown where there's no parking, astronomical prices and too many indifferent youngsters working the register.

I've been going to Maribis for almost a year. I love the bud tenders and dispensary but recently they have started to slack on products. They carry alot of BG and anything else they get they only pick up a days worth of product it seems like. I drive 45 min for some products and when I get there they are sold out. I wish they would pick up more or at least give an option for online orders. Alot of other dispensaries have the option to place an order and pick up from an express window. I love the staff and location, just wish the products were better and they kept more in stock. (this is my second review)

Back again since last Friday, placed a 514$ order today. Was expecting to get my normal bulk discount, instead, I found out marabis has dropped yet another promotional deal. From the bag discount, to raising prices on all products quarterly. Now the bulk discount. Idek who the new management is, but I can’t wait for the craft grows. Candy and rob was amazing as always!!

they have enough money to build a new location, but not fix the parking lot at this one??!! there are CRATERS in the parking lot. not just potholes. its horrible!!!

I am a 65 year old woman and this past couple months have been incredible pain wise!! I love Maribus! Kelly!! She is the most knowledgeable Budtender! I can ask 20 questions and she answers them all. What a great staff they have. Friendly and so helpful!! Thanks, Terri

As an avid cannabis consumer. I have one of those elevated tolerances. After coming to maribis a few times I had good ideas of the top notch brands. Such as Ateraxia, Rev, Pharmacann, Grassroots. The others are clearly in the "game" for the money. The named brands clearly know & care the medical patients get what they want & need. Instead of focusing on what can bring the dollar in focus on what brings the costumer then the dollar with follow. Other then no consistency with the good stuff. They aren't bad and the service is wonderful.

I recently switched from the "other" dispensary in town. The other place had recent price changes, and their incentives had become practically nil (3% loyalty points). So far, I am impressed at the Maribis staff, their knowledge understanding about medical issues and medicating needs.The staff seem very informed to the effects of the strains. I am also appreciative of their daily specials for. The only problem that I foresee an issue with, is they do not have any 1/4oz of shake. Would love some good Sativa 1/4's and good Indicta 1/4's, both shake, that would be nice. Also please keep the higher THC Sativa vape cartridges in stock, (seem to run out often). So far, I will stick with Maribis.

At first it was better . Than rec hit and it was like an influx of patients as well . To the point the right meds are hard to find even here when they used to be easier . The staff has most always been helpful except a few issues here and there with getting the product or having . If it’s was a mistake and they made it better if it didn’t benefit me . So all in all I’ll say decent experience out of the many times I’ve been there . A few times getting sold out while I was ordering a product or issue with my order .

Having access to edibles and RSO's to make edibles has made my life 50% better. Taking one as soon as I wake up has helped me be so much more in control of my mornings. Having this access is a blessing and this store is wonderful; I can't list any negatives.

They are rude and many medical patients have to wait forever for medals rec people just get shuffled through. They think they are special and they are not . They think they are helping they don’t even have a r Public restroom . They have put profits over patients and medicine wide they really don’t stock what patients need and have sky high prices . Their rudeness from the security to the budtenders all the way to management is despicable . They don’t know what meds help what for patients and mainly take rec over med patients and aren’t scared to be babies when you call them out for their sad state of building to employees to parking lot . The other dispensary one puts patients first and has a med patient discount now

As a new patient who had never been to a dispensary, I wasn't sure what to expect. The staff at maribis were helpful, pleasant, and professional across the board. They were happy to answer my questions, and the whole experience was hassle-free. I did not feel pressured to buy particular products, nor was security a looming presence. A+

Very helpful staff spent time with me to explain everything I needed to know. Marabis Springfield has an incredible variety of flower and other forms of cannabis. I was in Maine recently, which has a reciprocal program where people with medical cards from other states can purchase from dispensaries there, and I visited two of them. One did not have any high CBD strains, and the other had just one. At Marabis I had a choice of about 8 high CBD strains in flower form and several others in cartridge form. Dispensaries in Maine are about a third less expensive than Marabis, but the quality of flower was also lower. Illinois regulates its growers and dispensaries more than Maine does, and I think that is why there are more medical strains and higher quality in Illinois. All in all, I am happy so far with Marabis. It may be more expensive than places in other states, but if I’m paying more at least I can actually get strains that work for me. Marabis isn’t more expensive than other Illinois dispensaries, so one can’t complain about that. I expect with legalization prices will come down in Illinois as they have in other states which legalized recreational after medical marijuana programs were in place.

My husband is a recipient of the cannabis program.I work till 5pm. os he has to wait till I come home around 5:30pm. Then he has to wait for his ride to get to our house. It takes at least 45 to 50 minutes to drive to your establishment. Today after I'd finally saved enough money for the gas and the money to get his medicine, he had a friend drive him up there. Our vehicle doesnt fit all of our children and on top of that my husband has seizures and is unable to drive himself. He was 10 minutes out from being there so he called. The woman he spoke to assured him it was alright and they would get him in even thou the building closes at 7pm. My husband arrives and not only is he told no we cant do that. The gentlemen he spoke to was smirking like turning him away is something funny. Not only do we not have the gas to come back. My husband will not have to manage 3 kids and his PTSD and chronic pain until I can get more gas money. If it wasnt ok for him to be a few minutes late then why was he told it was? Is it typical for employees to feel joy in not allowing a customer who is out of his medication to deny him? Is a few minutes really to late when it comes to medicine that people have to travel to obtain? I'm going to be contacting the highest person I can.

Excellent customer service. Great prices and good selection regularly updated online with daily deals. I go every week
