My first visit and I was sooo nervous, Andrea was kind, and easy to talk to.. she even checked ingredients for me with the chocolate bars.. great menu, great people and great service

I always have a good time when going to Maribis!!...they're very knowledgable regarding the products they're selling there!!

This is my medicine. Why can't I order it on the phone like at the pharmacy? The parking lot is a mess. It's full of holes. On public night its packed. No one is really practicing social distancing. There is still no rest room for sick people to use. I'm constantly having to find new flower that will work for me. I think when they started out they had the best of intentions but now they've let greed get in the way. Please don't lose site of the fact that we Medical patients are the reason you can go public. If you're a medical patient and you go on public day your order should be filled first. You shouldn't have to wait until they get caught up. With all their flaws it's still better than the WAY over priced HCI or Illinois Provisions whatever they are calling themselves now.

I recently switched from the "other" dispensary in town. The other place had recent price changes, and their incentives had become practically nil (3% loyalty points). So far, I am impressed at the Maribis staff, their knowledge understanding about medical issues and medicating needs.The staff seem very informed to the effects of the strains. I am also appreciative of their daily specials for. The only problem that I foresee an issue with, is they do not have any 1/4oz of shake. Would love some good Sativa 1/4's and good Indicta 1/4's, both shake, that would be nice. Also please keep the higher THC Sativa vape cartridges in stock, (seem to run out often). So far, I will stick with Maribis.

I came in not knowing a thing about anything. Staff was very informative and helpful. Can’t wait to come back!

perfect location and easy to find

I choose Maribis for the friendly staff, great location, and super deals! This is the only place in Springfield where you will find Bedford Grow products! Bedford produces one of my favorite OGs and it's Cookies strain is also top notch! In 2017 Bedford came out with some killer vape distillate cartridges - each one I've tried has been worth buying again!

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. This location provides many promotions and sale for their customers as well as complimentary savings that show they truly appreciate your business. Would recommend anyone looking for a place to get their medicine to stop by and talk to their staff.

I just received my MMJ card this past week and made my first visit to Maribis of Springfield. My first visit, my first legal purchase...pretty exciting, right?! They didn’t disappoint! I was greeted by friendly staff and led through the process of selecting and making my purchase. I was given excellent recommendations by my bud tender, Kelly, who was very knowledgeable on the different types of concentrates and their effects. Besides the outstanding service I received, Maribis also offers first-time customer specials and daily specials, 7 days a week. Great deals, friendly, knowledgeable staff, 5 stars all the way!!

My mom and I went in for the first time today, and had a great experience! We had great customer service with very informed responses to our many questions! It felt professional with a personable touch!

The staff made an uncomfortable situation much more pleasant. I being a first time patient did not know what to expect. I was lead through every step with ease. I would recommend Marabis and am extremely glad to have them as my dispensary.

I've only been to two dispensaries in central Illinois but I had the best experiences here by far. The only time I switch is when they are out of the live resin vapes and then next time I need a different type of product I go right back. Compared to other dispensaries with their deals and vet discount I save the most here so I can spend more on trying out different things. The only time the price seems to be higher here is if it is a product that a grower sells at their facilities own dispensary and then it maybe $5 different. To me the customer experience is worth that little extra the few times it may be higher price. I will definitely recommend Maribis to anyone looking for a new dispensary to try out.

Maribis has some of the best daily deals! They give you a free carry bag that gives you a 5 dollar off discount each visit. Also when you spend 100 or more you get a free 1 gram pre roll!!!

The staff is friendly and always take time to answer my questions and give me recommendations. They are also honest. I didn't get a discount applied to my purchase once and they called me to let me know about the error and made a note that I had a credit next time I came in.

Went in for my first visit today and had no idea what to expect but was not disappointed. The staff was very friendly and informative. I felt I got plenty of time and my questions were answered. Certainly would recommend to others.

Location is easy to find with clear and easy access and parking. Staff is friendly and informative. Seems as if there is always a discount or bonus - or both - and it’s always applied without the customer having to point it out or produce a coupon. 10% discount for veterans is outstanding and greatly appreciated. The veterans discount was offered to me without my even knowing such a thing is available. The staff-member helping me was aware of my veteran status from reviewing my profile. That’s grade A service!!

They were very knowledgeable and seemed like they really wanted to help. When they found out I lived on a fixed income they went out of their way to find every little discount they could apply. Very relaxing atmosphere inside and I just love the incense or air freshener they use :)

I love visiting Maribis! The staff knows me by name and immediately made me feel welcome on my first visit (even when I didn't know anything)! They have a decent variety of products and admit to skewing the menu to patients' wants and needs.
