Quality, service atmosphere are irrelevant when you overnight rob peoples rewards that they had been accruing. If they lack ethics in this area I imagine they cut many other corners. They lost a loyal customer because they are not loyal. I’d never recommend or shop there again! Don’t play with peoples rewards/money! Yall died to me today!

I have been shopping there since sunburn was medman!! Without Monica, and Kamali working there I probably wouldn't of changed dispensarys. All I ask for is kindness and maybe a smile if they are I. The mood and some how I get both everything. With some nice price rosin and Flower. Thank you Monica and Kamaili without you guys there would be no Sun for The Burn!!! A+++

Just picked up my 1st order from them today. Order was ready about an hour early. Pick up was quick, they even provided me with an ice bag for my concentrates. Relaxed , friendly atmosphere, they even have a pool table if the wait is long!

Jay in Fort Lauderdale helped so much. Every time I come in, he always explains every strain available and makes sure I have the proper strain for my needs. I’m in love with the live rosin and if not for Jay, I wouldn’t have found the perfect strains. Products and Customer service are A+++. If you’re in the Fort Lauderdale area, make sure you stop in and ask for him. You won’t be disappointed with what he recommends.

I had a great first time experience today! Isaiah was absolutely terrific in his knowledge of product. I trusted all of his recommeations and his sales were on point. He sold me one of everything! I left with flower, a preroll package of 2, gummies, a distilate vape ♥ . Strawberry 🍓 and cherries fl. I'll definitely be back!!!!

Angela is your go to girl if you’re needing recommendations on what’s best suited for you! The atmosphere is always so chill and everyone makes you feel welcome but Angela has been a friendly face and a helping hand everytime i go into sunburn.

I love this dispensary! They have great deals and everyone is super helpful! Yesterday I went in with an online order that showed me the wrong price but Kamali got it straightened out and he was so nice! Great customer service!

I was assisted by Megan when I first arrived at the store, and I have to say what an amazing experience. I’ve been visiting dispensaries for 3 years at this point all over the state, and can confidently say this was my best first time visit experience ever. Megan was extremely insightful about the products on display, and had excellent communication in describing them, never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable at all. 11/10 service, and I will be returning in the future because of this interaction. My only complaint would be that there is no method to tip.

Just tried this dispensary out for the first time. The store is super chill, well set up and even has a pool table and comfortable leather coaches for while you wait, definitely a step up from any other dispensary as far as waiting areas go. The staff is also super chill, knowledgeable and friendly. Jarel helped me out both times I’ve come and is great! As far as the products I’m still trying them out, but three out of three products so far have definitely been a hit! This is a definitely a new favorite dispensary of mine, and so close to me I wish I had known about them sooner!

I’ve been to plenty of dispensaries but Sunburn just has that raw, real and unfiltered feeling only Florida has to offer. Comfortable, welcomin and kinda make you feel like family. You walk in, hop on a tablet, start lookin around and orderin, someone will ask if you need help. Check out, walk out and enjoy your day. No long lines, no overpriced rip offs and the customer service is top tier. Always deals and treats! Yolo!

I used to hop around from dispensary to dispensary before I found them. The staff is incredible, the flower is delish, the quality impeccable and the experience is a MUST for anyone with a medical card in the area!

Sun burn is the best! It's such a unique and chill atmosphere. Angela was my favorite associate. She is so knowledgeable and makes me feel comfortable asking questions. I always leave getting what I really want, and it's thanks to Angela's help!

Bright, spacious, airy, great products, and always quality service. Kamali already had my online order waiting for me as I walked up to register, even though I hadn't been in for a while. That personalized touch is the reason Sunburn Ft. Lauderdale is my favorite.

Angela is the best!She goes above and beyond for the customer, Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! Answered all my questions and even gave a few great suggestions on product I should try. I personally recommend doing your walk-in shopping with Angela; you'll definitely not be disappointed!!! I don't know what she is making now but it's not enough!! She deserves a raise 🥰
