Unfortunately, the last two times I went, they forgot to give me everything I paid for. The second time, they forgot to include a G of top shelf and wanted to right their mistake by giving me ten dollars towards a mid instead. I had to say that I'd rather get the top that I paid for. It's frustrating that it happened twice in a row and it's frustrating that the staff wouldn't properly right their mistakes. At the end, I got what I paid for and... Hey, I got a free lighter.
Even if they are friendly, these mistakes, their frequency, and mild response to them are too frustrating for me to return. ”

I was a NP, didn't get greeted, helped my self to a clipboard as i set down my ID and mmj card. another NP comes in after me, and she gets taken back before i do. I originally came in cause of their NPS BOGO deal I saw on leafly saying BOGO for 1 gram 8th or a quarter. DID NOT SAY FLOWER ONLY (wish i could attach a picture) so when i got back there I was innitally disappointed because i dont smoke flower really but brushed it off cause it had been 25 minutes and i needed to go to school. (As well as the women who took me back didnt even looked like she worked there. and offered me no tour.) I asked if i bought a gram of shatter($44-50) if they could give me a free 8th ($28-42) they were not willing to work with me at all, so i left with nothing. I dont think it was unreasonable request and if they are gonna let someone drive all the way to their store and leave with nothing because THEIR advertisement was misleading, pretty crappy. MANY MANY places have said 'flower only' those words would have saved me a lot of time and headache. not to mention i wasn't able to get anything until the next day because my school didn't end until 10pm. I will not go back to this place.

“We drove all the way out from East Mesa to visit this shop for the first time yesterday. We arrived 10 minutes early. When we drove up, there was a line of employees and customers sitting outside. Apparently the key-holding manager didn't make it, so we were all stuck outside. One of the workers called and the owner showed up to let all 12 customers in. It was only about 15 minutes after their opening time. Being a first time customer, I was a little bothered by this and the example being set. Despite all that, they did a great job once we got in and kept the customers happy. The owner didn't just open and leave, but stayed behind the counters to help. That was awesome. He came by personally to apologize and tell me he was sorry. Gave me a free pre-roll and moved on to the next customer. The bud tender was so gentle and sweet. In the end, they made it right and the owner took charge and showed face. That's what I call customer service!!! Thank you for a great experience after our 50 minute commute.
