Curaleaf - Midtown

Worst flower in downtown area. Brown bud way to over priced. other shops near by have better flower and deals. Seems like another shop just trying to push outdoor falsely claiming indoor. Definitely was not worth the drive.

This place is great! Right on the light rail, and there's tons of parking if you're driving there. It's new, clean, well lighted, and attractively decorated. My budtender Tara was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Will definitely go back.

While it was midtown roots i was treated with respect and my trip was always pleasant, now that it is curaleaf i will not be returning, use your ftp and get outta there. Horrible customer service. Decent quality, but for some reason every curaleaf location ive been to (3 locations at this point) they all have had rude employees.

Online ordering only? Cant go in and shop as a Medical Patient? No worries, I'll took my business down the street to the local joint because I need to see what I'm buying, since flower quality has dropped in the last year in the valley. I understand rec spiking product demand and availability, but damn!, take care of your med patients. Probably just go to local joint, bloom or PHX releaf located just as close. with better pricing. convenience was the appeal to this store. too bad.

Another trash dispensary. Don’t waste your time ordering ahead, it doesn’t matter. You’re still going to go inside and sit in a lobby with 20-30 other people. Not to mention, you get to play musical chairs. So, every time they call someone back, you’re going to get up and sit in the next chair, that who knows how many people have sat in and when the last time it was sanitized. WE ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF A GLOBAL PANDEMIC AND SOME OF YOUR PATIENTS HAVE COMPROMISED IMMUNE SYSTEMS. So ignorant. Avoid like covid.

Waited forever after asking multiple employees about a ftp deal only to get told at the last second that stopped that for the weekend. And the dude was a dick about it. Don't ever waste your time here.

There’s no flower displays in your giant glass cases?? I understand nobody can touch or smell with the pandemic but no visual?? A piece of printer paper with strain names??? There’s empty edible boxes that look like trash on display but no flower? How foolish can we get? Also if a person orders online they wait in the same line to get to the counter as everyone else, no time savings or window use. Could not be more of a joke. If this place had any idea how to prepare for adult sales they’d have made their education room a med-only room & had the old room for recreational products. Then you could actually allow people to pick up preorders instead of paying some dude with an attitude sitting in that seat to direct musical chairs. The budtenders here have little idea how to navigate someone through a purchase or figure out the guests desired consumption method (additional wait time, anyone?). They don’t immediately say which products people are limited to and they also have ZERO to say about different terpene profiles or what the product tastes like. This is what you get when you ostracize people who understand cannabis in exchange for QT grade employees at QT grade pay. Congrats. Don’t worry, I still bought stock since $12/hr does bolster a bottom line. Just thought you should know how awful this retail situation is being presented to both seasoned patients and the poor first timers walking in the door. This should never be a wal-mart experience.

they were okay. bud was a little dry. all the bud they sell is from different vendors though. if you want it cheaper go directly to them then kinda wack

Ordered online and they told me the wait could be up to an hour. Why order online if I’m going to have to wait an hour+. Waste of time

It was my first time and to be honest the flower here is so horrible, especially for the prices. Most of it looked ok but the smell was just not there and the potency sucks. It all smelled so weak. I smelled every strain of flower they had and I was far from impressed with each one. I feel like I was looking at pretty decent Regg from back in the day, definitely not medical grade bud at all. I already smoked my whole $40 1/8 that I just purchased a couple of hours ago and all I got was a headache and buyers remorse. On a more positive note, my budtender was friendly and trying to be as helpful as possible. I appreciated that. I just wish they would step up the quality of their flower big time here.

I bought a half gram cartridge it was one of the curaleaf ones. I liked the taste but unfortunately I didn't get relaxed or anything from it. and a cartridge normally lasts me 4-5 days this one burned fast as hell and was gone by day 2 I m not impressed at all and probably won't return to this location again since I paid 35 dollars for a half gram and I can get a full gram cartridge 4hat lasts more than a week at urban greenhouse for 38.

Before the Canadian company (Curaleaf) bought a few dispensaries I had a free MMJ Cert coupon I had one, it had not expired but since changing owners I was told sorry nothing we can do! So I lost out on $260 cause they wouldn’t recognize the prize so thanks Curaleaf!

My experience here was great! I bought flower called Gromulan and HG shatter called Harlox man I'm high as a a f---k! 👍 I can't remember a better buzz!!!I'm a oldie Pot Head over 45 years! Very high tolerance build up! Thanks for taking care of this old hippie. I loved this place and the products !! ❤️

Tall big dude was a lazy loser lol. Asked him if they had something I was just told they had and didn’t even check his computer. Asked what they had next highest and just said something like 20%. No strain, no nothing. Didn’t waste my time at all. The other lady that was in the pre-order was amazing helped out when they were out of stuff and brought multiple choices. Get rid of him, he’s not a good fit.

Flower wasn't too great. Their double gold label product wasn't particularly strong. I also got a lot of ammonia smell from a few of their strains. A few others smelled as if they weren't properly cured. Location is pretty convenient though and comfortable if you appreciate a "hospital sterility" type of feel. If you do, this is the place for you.

Midtown Roots is the best dispensary I've been to so far! First, there's ample parking. The space is pretty cool. They have a large selection of everything and an ample selection of sativas, which is key for me. The bud is sticky and fresh and the employees seem really knowledgeable about the products. They're also really friendly. Plus, they have great deals each day!

Friendly bud tenders always enjoy my experience here.

I loved it!! Conveniently located, Customer Service was great and I loved the atmosphere. Looking forward to attend the classes that they offer, 1st dispensary that I know of, that offer these.

Just came across this place on Leafly the other day and saw they were new and had some specials all week so I dropped in to pickup a few of the O.pen vape cartridges that had for buy one get one free. The place is nice and they have a really great selection of products! Tara and Justin both did a great job in helping me find what I was looking for! They also gave me a free pre roll. I will definitely be back. Thanks!

The most rude, disrespectful staff. I waited for two hours in line with my LEGAL IDENTIFICATION and they would not let me in because their policy changed to only allow sideways IDs despite the fact that I am well over 21 and my ID is 100% legal. I am a law school student and showed them the legal work for my ID. Their "policy" didn't allow them to let me in despite PLACING A PRE ORDER, HAVING BEEN TO THE SAME LOCATION WITH THE SAME ID MULTIPLE TIMES, AND WAITING IN LINE FOR TWO HOURS. let me repeat: I brought my legal identification. I pre ordered. I waited in line for two hours and chatted with the staff. When it was my turn to enter the building, they didn't allow me in because my LEGAL ID was not sideways. They wanted me to update it which is an OPTIONAL requirement. They LIED about the law even when shown the .gov web. Plus their stuff is mids and high price. This business is NOT worth your time or money. I will be avoiding them and telling others to avoid them AT ALL COSTS.

Ok, 3rd visit deserves a 3rd post because they just blew me away. Amazing service on my most recent time in shows they're learning. Try them again if you had a bad experience, hopefully good deals continue. I also have to say the dabaratus...try it.
