“I am a IL qualified paient. I have been to 3 other dispensaries so far and switched for various reasons location, etc. I switched to MCCC on a recommendation from a qualified patient that swore by MCCC after discussing to him my disatisfsction with quality of product I was recieving from other dispensaries as well as problems with unknowlagable bud tenders and Managers. I am not going to name other dispensaries that would not accomplish anything. I am not going tell you to drive 2 hrs because this is only place that dispenses medicine in the state of IL that will work for you either because thats BS and unrealistic too. Instead I rather just be honest as possible and hopefully this will let other qualified patients out thier know from my own experience of dealing with the other dispensaries in the area that MCCC has the freshest product by far of any other witin 50 miles of Naperville I have delt with. I was approved at beginning of program so had to travel a long distance at first due to limited open dispensaries. They in my opinion have the most knowlagable bud tenders in the business. I can truthfully say this because not one of them unlike other places have ever offered me anything but truthfull knowledge of the product. By that I mean when they reccomend product they are doing it per the reviews they get back from thier patients or personal use if card holders as well. They will point you in right direction, care about your feedback to help them help other patients and Most important if they do not know they say so. Nobody expects every bud tender to know everything there is to know about this industry it is new to all of us. What I do expect is if you do not know answers to a specific question is for you too honestly tell me. I do not know. Not much to ask from any business you are giving your money too. Most patients are not rolling in dough. They are sick with limited budgets and we do not have time or funds for personal opinions. Just honesty is what is expected and you will get that at MCCC. I have been with MCCC now for 6 months. I do not do social media and think this is my 10th review I ever did in my life. My reason for this is to tell other qualified patients from my own experience if you live near MCCC drive the extra half hour or so. They have the freshest product and most caring staff that I have delt with. Not to mention best discounts for Veterans and Disabled and Monthly Giveaways. Pre-Ordering, Always sponsoring events for Patient Caregivers signups where you can get your caregiver signed up in a hour or so if needed for basically free due to MCCC product reimbursement. They just seem to actually care. I have had faulty products from distributors (disposable pens) in the past. MCCC unlike other dispensaries just makes it as right as they can every one of these dispensaries work with the distributors and know the pens for instance were breaking before empty. Not always but it happens occassionaly. The dispensary gets credited by the distributor and they make it right by giving you a new pen. So you should never be made to feel like a idiot for bringing up disatisfaction with a product if you have honest intentions. Other dispensaries lets just say did not handle it as proffessionally as MCCC has when it has nothing to do with the patient. For that matter they had me make a video worked with the distributors and reimbursed me. Dustributor is aware of problem and is working on it and it has gotten better. Disposable pens break way less often than when program first started. Again most patients understand that this is not a perfect system yet. State believe it or not atleast in my eyes is doing great as well. They work faster than any other govt agency I have delt with and I am disabled. The program is working and MCCC has made it at its peak best for me. Bottom line MCCC is in it too make money too but yhey have the best intentions of thier patients and have a very caring, knowlageable, and a hard working staff.”

“Great first time patient deal. I asked them to match Joliet 3C holiday specials with same strain and same grower package without luck. They will not match prices of other dispensaries for that reason I would not go back to give them my business. Just to put it out there the special was $40 for an 8th which is not unreasonable. Basically that is street price.”
