“I have been a regular here. This is my second review. The staff here is hands down the best. They do not fuck around with pretending to be all knowing and will look up information and help you process it and explain the technical things you don't get (if they do).
They also carry seriously quality flower and products. I have purchased their $7/grams and their top shelf flowers and very few have missed my expectations. I am picky and know what I like and certain strains/certain grows aren't always doing it for me...but the flower is still quality.
Budtenders here learn your preferences! They remember. They joke around and have fun!!! They are professional and give great service but it doesn't feel like a department store or a super fancy boutique where the staff is bothered by customers.
I get high fives! I get hugs. And they have a great loyalty program.
Finally, I had a difficult time with a couple of cartridges and a product I had purchased there. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt taken care of.
I cannot say enough good things about this place. Their motto is correct. They are the friendliest but that hardly paints a full picture of the service.
My first experience was during the first December ice storm. The budtender that night used his personal cell phone as a hotspot to put my sale through. Their wifi went down halfway through my sale and without skipping a beat (or even alerting me that there was issue!) he made it happen.
This place has my heart and like 95% of my business. Periodically I think I should try a new place or check out different things at other dispensaries...but I always end up sad I didn't just go to Moss.
I rep the brands/stores/etc that I like. There is no incentive for me here, I just love this place and the people. I believe that they care about industry ethics, their customers, and their community - all very important factors for me when I choose where to vote with my dollar. Stop in and say hi, you won't regret it.”
