“This is definitely not my go to location. Education was non existent. The staff wasn't super friendly like every other native roots I've been to. They should be willing to help customers and inform them on products instead of basically letting someone pick and choose. Especially if they are new to marijuana use. ”
“ADA? Yes, no automatic doors and an elevator down to the sales floor and waiting room.
Security present? Nope, surprisingly.
Wait time/time of day? Over an hour (not sure why we stayed), high noon, Sunday of Labor Day weekend.
Education offered/available? Zero.
Flower/edibles/concentrate? Less than 10 strains of flower, lol. Lots of "rec" edibles, lots of concentrates.
CBD flower/products? Only one strain of flower that I bought the last 1/8th of, a small selection of topicals and transdermal patches. The "consultant" let me know that they don't really profit from CBD products so that's why they don't carry them. Oh.
Staff vibe? The staff seemed like the needed a break. After waiting in line for over an hour with only 4 registers going, it was frustrating to be next in line and then see the "consultant" choose to stock things rather than help the huge line of customers. I work in a busy dispensary and I cannot even imagine stocking inventory with a line out the door.
Test results/3rd party? Yes but they don't share test results. Wow.
Prepackaged or deli style? Prepackaged.
Overall impression, will I return? Beautiful store, much better location than the previous one around the corner and upstairs. I will never shop Native Roots ever again, there are so many other choices near by. Recreational flower at medicinal prices!”
“Totally inviting and welcoming, probably the best dispensary to introduce to your parents. Tim is my favorite budtender because he is alway patient when I ask questions and makes sure he give me the local discount. I grab my CO2 concentrates for my pen here because they top the others I have tried. So smooth and never clogs. I would recommend to all. The prices could be better, however that has not stopped me. ”
