While it's true we are in the city and parking is not always simple, there are actually quite a few options: We have a parking lot around back that has a decent number of spots, including handicap-accessible parking, there is on-street parking in many places nearby, and there are several parking garages within a 2-3 minute walk from us. As well, we are right around the corner from the Brookline Village Green Line stop. To address your comment on wait time: have you tried our Express service? This can expedite your order if you are looking to get in and out as fast as possible. To use this, you will just fill out a quick order form, then you can relax while we prepare your order. Our staff will let you know when the order is ready, and will ring you up. This can definitely save you some time.
“This location is my absolute favorite dispensary, it was the first that I went to and it's had me hooked ever since. Everyone is extremely nice and helpful and you are always greater with a warm smile. The selection here is top notch and they will almost always have some kind of deal or strain that's a reduced price. Even if I lived an hour away I would make the trek to come here, it's definitely worth it.”
“Honestly the limits are crazy. 1g limit of concentrate. 1/4 ounce limit on flower. Flower quality is not bad. Nothing special tho. Until Neta offers more quantity I will not be returning. 4 just passed. I'll be happy to grow my own meds for a fraction of the price. Would not shop again. Would only refer friend to get free 1/8th. Hope this honest review helps.”
Hi ThatPifff90, while the limits are necessary right now to ensure a continued selection and variety of flower, we plan on lifting them once our inventory is back to normal levels. The reality is, even with a huge cultivation facility - the largest in the state - the high demand for NETA’s products has put the pinch on our flower supply. We are now expanding the square footage of our cultivation facility to allow us to grow even more plants in the upcoming months - but as you know, cultivating cannabis takes time. We’re hoping for our first harvest from the new space, and a major bump in our production capacity, in 2017.
“The Sativas here are generally mediocre. Anything that is decent quality generally goes very quickly.
Slow service and long wait. It could be a lot faster if the product were prepackaged. Personally, I don't need to smell it beforehand.
The tiny parking lot gets filled up and makes it very inaccessible for the patients with disabilities. Sometimes you have to park on Washington St., which can be very dangerous because of the narrow space and all the traffic.
On the plus side, very friendly staff. Perhaps some of the accessibility issues could be alleviated.
Also, it's a shame that Brookline requires that they have a fulltime policeman whose job is to basically tell patients that there is no room in the parking lot. Hopefully they can change the regulations to not require an officer, and pass the saving to the patients, who are already paying too much.”

“NETA Brookline is great! The parking is definitely not the best- limited spots in the lot and street parking. You may have to loop around a few times- my suggestion is getting dropped off or using public transportation! Spots do open up sporadically. When you enter, reminds you of a train station but is a renovated bank.The Express Lane is where I prefer to purchase product which excludes the limited menu or daily menu items. Average wait time for me has been 30-45 minutes.
What led to my review today was the first unfortunate experience I had with NETA Brookline. Being a MMJ patient has allowed me to find true support in working through my anxiety, PTSD, and depression. I am looking to fully move away from smoking and consider other ways of intake ... Tinctures have been the best yet. After purchasing my first Wishing Well Tincture 10 ML Sativa- I finally found daytime relief. It was great and I was happy to purchase my 2nd batch from NETA Brookline just 2 weeks ago. I noticed the inner seal after purchasing was a little loose but I ignored it. 3 days after that, the inner part of the cap completely fell out. I stored it upright for the most part but come to find, after only 2 uses, the tincture had completely leaked. Yes, it may have been jostled a bit my placement of it in my purse- however for it to completely leak?! Shame on me for storing it in my purse for that brief time but I had used tinctures before - never an issue. I called NETA Brookline to inform them of the tincture leak at the very most to report the packaging issue. Please understand : I was NOT expecting a full refund. The NETA Brookline Employee that I spoke with via phone was curt, a bit accusing, and completely condescending. She did not ask for my name or Patient # or how long I have been a patient with NETA Brookline. After I shared the issue with her, she asked pointed questions about storage in a way that insinuated I had purposefully done it. It wasn't appreciated whatsoever. She put me on hold for a moment and came back to begrudgingly tell me to bring in the emptied tincture and "they will see what they can do for you". She also suggested that I remember to store it in a proper place and upright as if she was speaking to a child. Ugh.
I will not let this unfortunate experience completely to mar my future time with NETA Brookline however I was sincerely disappointed in their customer service today. Their employees are all so very sweet and accommodating that I was taken aback.”

“As everyone says, absolutely beautiful building, very secure feeling. When I went it was fairly packed but the line moved quick and even with intake I was in and out in 20 minutes though it was a weekday. I got the gorrila glue and sweet tooth flower and the gorrila glue shatter. I particularly enjoyed comparing the gg flower and shatter back to back. Prices in line with the other dispensaries. Will go back”
