“Great quality & customer service is excellent. They are starting to get high CBD strains a little more frequently than in the past only problem is I am limited to 1/4 per strain. I typically only need High CBD & would like to purchase more when it's available.”
“NETA is an easy walk from home, but I usually take the bike(rack is right behind the entrance). Friendly/helpful staff, great selection of products(flower, pre-rolled, tinctures, lotions, cartridges, edibles, kief, shatter...some limits may apply). They could use more CBD heavy strains in flower. I still came home with 6 strains(mid Sept. '16). It's housed in a beautiful old bank...and don't sweat the cop at the door.”
“These limits are getting ridiculous, 1 gram of shatter per patient? And they finally get kief back on the menu and there's a limit of 1 gram per patient. I drive a pretty good distance to get to this dispensary just like 80% of your patients and these limits just make me want to stop coming here. It's getting awful I understand a lot of patients come here because it's arguably the best dispensary in the state of mass but expand your growing facility to accommodate your patients not waste money on redesigning a website multiple times or adding silicone to your grams of shatter which lasted for a week at most. ”
Hi there. We hear your concerns and we want to help you as best as we are able. Like yourself, we are very much looking forward to offering a broad menu with eight strains and a full variety of concentrates. Our team is working hard to provide an ample supply of flower so that the limits can also be removed. We’ve been maximizing flower canopy space and have recently finished fully phenotyping all of our strains, which has resulted in an increase in flower density. We are also in the process of expanding the square footage of our cultivation facility to allow for even more robust production in the upcoming months - but as you know, cultivating cannabis takes time. We’re hoping for our first harvest from the new space, and a major bump in our production capacity, early in 2017. We took the time to update our website to provide patients with even more enriched information. Now, patients can see genetic background of strains, descriptions taken from actual patient feedback we've received. This way, patients can see a broad spectrum of effects with our medicine to help determine what may work best for them.
“While the staff is still great I feel this place is slowly going down hill. Twice now I haven't received change back after paying with cash and once the amount wasn't correct. Now I fully understand the need for limits on some things but now it's literally just about every item. Maybe I'm in the minority here but I would much rather see out of stock on the menu than having to drive, find the time to go, sit in line forever, just to have to come back in a week or less! Not to mention if your using your debit card not only do you pay a fee but they also round it up as well! In a month I've had to go here 5 different times because off limits and you know what.....Paid OVER $20 just in atm fees and their "rounding" fee! Biggest piece of advice I can give someone coming here is BRING CASH and make sure you get your change and that it's actually the correct change. I realize this review isn't going to be popular but it's the truth and my honest opinion!”
We would like to address your concerns. First: Incorrect change. Certainly, if this happened it would be attributable to simple human error on the PSA's part. In the event of a mistake like this, please feel free to inform either the PSA or a NETA manager and we will be sure to make correct change for your order. Regarding limits: Any limits on infused products are temporary and will likely be a thing of the past before too long. Source material for these products is in ample supply. Ramping up production and getting samples through testing are fairly heavy lifts and we are working to put ourselves ahead of that curve. As to the cashless ATM: The medical marijuana space is woefully undeserved by the financial services sector. The fact that NETA has a bank account and can process cashless transactions is atypical. However, these solutions are not perfect. We pay steep fees to bank and cannot access the usual merchant accounts that provide traditional credit card processing. Therefore, we must utilize the cashless ATM system. The provider of this service requires that transactions be made in $5 dollar increments. Though we do round the total up in some instances, patients receive the difference in cash from the PSA at the end of the transaction. In no instance does NETA retain those funds. The service provider does charge a fee to the customer and our PSA's are instructed to make this clear to all patients. We do recommend that patients bring cash if they would like to save those few dollars.
“They're in a beautiful old bank building, so it's a nice, surprisingly relaxed atmosphere. Staff are very friendly and courteous, and they usually have a good selection. Have been there many times, and as a Bostonian, they're still my go-to dispensary.”
“Regarding the comment below by Callaway500 about the lower THC Buddha's Sister and the response by Neta: I am the opposite when it comes to Buddha's Sister (one of my favorite strains) and other strains, the lower THC (especially if its 15% or lower) is what I need. Anything over 15% not only doesn't help me but causes discomfort and extreme anxiety/paranoia. I've tried CBD strains and they don't help as much as a low THC strain.. Please please please don't get rid of all of your lower THC phenotypes.. I would imagine that I'm not the only patient that needs lower THC strains. I realize you can't help everyone's specific needs but I hope some of the lower THC strains remain in rotation.”
Hi Hecate2016, we hear you - having a selection of lower testing strains is something many patients like yourself have requested. Although we are discontinuing the lower testing Buddha's Sister and keeping the higher testing phenotype, we plan on keeping several lower testing strains in the rotation, so there is something for everyone.
“Would Recommend the Moonshine Haze and Jack Frost. Their GSC is extremely weak. Also noticed that some batches of certain strains that they keep in rotation often aren't consistent in potency. Some buds aren't cured or manicured well enough. I like NETA because it's clear they keep a record of what's good and what's not. They keep changing their goods but bring back effective strains. They keep a consistent variety. So if you like saliva over I dica, there's typically at least two kinds to pick from. You can also buy grams to sample strains. I dig this place....just keep the Jack Frost and Moonshine Haze in stock and I'll keep coming.”
