  • “Lines are always long, budtenders treat me like I’ve never used this medicine before ... spent an hour on a bus getting there to pick up my favorite strain of flower (listed as available on menu) only to show up to a different menu. I am a long time, high-volume customer and they basically told me “sorry, anything else we can overcharge you for?” Their flower is good, but you never know what’s gonna actually be available by the time you get to the counter. And ALL of their other products (extracts, edibles, vape carts) are wayyyyyy over-priced. Told them I wouldn’t be going back if they didn’t make right by me spending hours to not get my favorite strain of flower and they just said “cya!””

While we strive to have enough product on our menu to last throughout the day, occasionally we sell more product than expected and need to replace it mid-day with a new batch or different item. We do our best to update our online menu as soon as possible and let patients know of any menu changes when they arrive. We welcome patient calls before a visit as well, to find out about specific product availability. Regardless of how busy we are, our focus is the patient experience. For those who know what they would like to purchase and do not wish to wait in line, we have an Express Counter. The process is simple: fill out an order form, hand it to any member of our staff and have a seat in our lounge chairs. We will call you to the counter when your order is ready. Regarding prices, we make sure to keep our pricing consistent with the Massachusetts market and regularly monitor pricing in the region to ensure this. Excellent patient care is our top priority and feedback like this helps ensure that we hit that mark. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused you. Regardless of how busy we are, our focus is the patient experience. Based on feedback such as yours, we have developed two pathways to reduced wait times. The first is our Express Counter. The process is simple: fill out an order form, hand it to any member of our staff and have a seat in our lounge chairs. We will call you to the counter when your order is ready. The second option is utilizing our “Is there a line?” widget available on our home page at http://netacare.org. This real-time app, viewable on your smartphone as well, will tell you whether there is a line and how long of a wait there is. Pro tip: Monday - Wednesday tends to be our quieter days, while Thursday - Sunday are significantly busier at times. We pay close attention to market value to ensure that we are competitive with other registered marijuana dispensaries in Massachusetts. However, we understand that prices can be prohibitive for many patients. For this reason, we offer a number of programs designed to assist patients with the cost of medicine including our $200 patient program, and our Refer a Friend benefit, in addition to bulk purchase prices and occasional product discounts.
