  • “NETA is by far the hardest dispensary for me to get to, but it is by far the best dispensary. Variety, quality, atmosphere.”

  • “They kept the EXCELLENT decorative decor of the bank that was there before them..^^ points for that. EXCELLENT customer service...went thru the regular line first time cause I didnt know what I wanted or needed as a patient. Their team excelled at getting me on the right path for my problems. Used the express line the next 2 times and the team @NETA talked and knew what I needed and suggested the right trains for me....AWESOME TEAM”

  • “I was recently taken by my delivery service as they were shutting down thanks to whatever is going on here in Mass.. so I had to make an hour long trip to this dispensary. They were not very knowledgeable.. not their fault.. we can't all be Colorado.. but kind and willing to help. I would highly recommend! I have a seizure disorder that is not controlled any other way and my life literally depends upon this medicine.. I will be making many trips.”

  • “Great staff! Very friendly and they let you check out anything before you buy. Pretty crowded when I got there but it was definitely worth the wait! ”

  • “This place is the real deal. They constantly have a large selection, and great edibles. The staff members are all super friendly and easy going. The lines can sometimes be long, but nothing you can do about it with the dispensary options in MA right now; everyone is going here instead of other dispensaries closer to them. NETA is setting the bar high for dispensaries in MA and it's for the best! I make a 2.5 - 3 hour round trip out of it every other week from the North Shore. I ensure you the trip is always worth it!”

  • “Didn't have the best experience. I wanted to try out the edibles so I bought a Hybrid 100mg Dose Bar and Sativa 100mg Dose Bar. Well I've never had edibles before so I was cautious and took 5 mgs. I felt absolutely nothing. So I slowly started increasing my dose to 10 mgs, 15,20, etc. I was all the way up to 45 mgs before I decided to stop. I literally felt absolutely nothing. I'm a new smoker, only have been smoking about 9 months. I don't have a high tolerance, actually I have a very low tolerance and it doesn't take much to get me where I need to be. I'm not sure if they made it wrong or what. I tried on empty stomach. full stomach, partially full stomach and nothing. I was really disappointed. They had a good menu though, but the only thing is its a far distance for me, so its really not worth going back, at least until prices drop. I spent $60 on 2 semi decent tasting chocolate bars. I gotta say the staff is great though and very knowledgeable.”

    Comment from NETA - Brookline

Hi there- we apologize that our PSAs did not inform you of finding your right dose. Our advice is to do exactly as you did: start low and go slow. You can always increase you dosage, and sometimes edibles can take up to 2 hours to fully take effect. Edibles can affect patients in different ways - and sometimes, edibles are not for everyone. Some patients have a lower tolerance with flower, but a higher tolerance for infused products. Additionally, some patients' digestive systems negatively impact bio-availability of cannabinoids for edible products. When infusing edibles, we utilize medium chain triglycerides that were developed specifically to improve the bio-availability of lipid based substances. However, for some patients, uptake still is not maximized. If you found that this product wasn't the right fit for you, you are always welcome to bring it back for an exchange or credit. We would recommend trying a tincture on a future visit, as this means of ingestion is sublingual and bypasses the GI tract. Thanks.
