Honestly I'm pretty appalled, I have never bought cannabis before and this was my first time going to any shop. I walked in to choose and the staff were pretty helpful so I paid and left. After that I went to go see my friend and when she opened it, the container was empty. It still had bits of it left in the container and the seal was still new. So I drive back down to the store and I talk to the manager. She told that there was nothing she could do since "all sales were final" and that there was no proof that any of the cannabis was taken out or anything like that. Pretty much told me to just call the number for the supplier. I didn't even bother. Probably the worst experience I've had with customer service anywhere. Even with insurance companies it wasn't this bad. At least they'll give me customer service.

my first time here (at a dispensary)I wasnt impressed. there were a lot of customers so there was no one to really speak with...however, my second visit was great! very chill guy recommended one strain and I also tried an indica pre roll. highlands by tweed is amazing. I am alert but v.calm and relaxed, mostly in my head not my body. eyes are heavy.

Out of all the 15 or so Cannabis retail stores I have ventured to this one is hands down the worst and speaking with a few friends who used to frequent this location....they believe the staff are crooked and could possibly be altering contents of pre packaged containers

Will not be bad stopped in for the weekend in Edmonton the shop was impossible to find then when I did there was no parking so I left. The prices are way to high as well.

In disbelief the lack of customer service and care with a customer. I purchased an eighth of Aroura’s MK ultra. Opened it when I walked out the door and found the container was empty. Walked back in and showed them what they had given me. They then accused me of taking the marijuana out within the one min I left the store. Even though I made another purchase after being ripped off. Then told me to contact Aroura for my refund. They said they don’t won’t replace anything and that I have to contact aroura but they will tell their supervisors and see what they can do. I then called aroura in high they told me the retailer is supposed to provide refund and also check the product they purchase from them. I then called Nuleaf and told them the situation. They told me they talked to their supervisors and said they can’t do anything. It’s up to aroura to replace. So in the end I got told by both places there’s nothing anyone can do and lost out on almost $50 from the empty container from nuleaf. Definitely by far worse experience purchasing marijuana and I’ve been robbed on the street. At least I knew what was happening when I was robbed on the street though.
